I have a match unit inline and ATU between radio and matcher. Seems to work well. Match to around 3:1 then ATU will bring it in to 1:1.04. I am testing vertical monopole, vert V and vert Delta V. Wanting to get best option af 20 thru 80meters. Looking forward to your other videos.
Yes , you can store CW messages . Press the button below the AF Gain and a red “REC” is highlighted in the menu display. Press and hold and record your CW message by keying . I have 2 messages stored.
You bet and thanks for watching . You are right. I have not got around to updating the rig to the newest firmware.My thinking is that it ain’t broken so don’t go into trying to fix it. So far I have had no issues at all with at home and portable operations.
@@QSasquatch agree with you on that. The manual is not as intuitive as I would like. I have all my settings dialed in for CW operations , but it took a few activations to do.

The two mcHF rigs I have do not have 27MHz frequencies programmed into the bands settings however I have not tried to TX within the 11M band .

Where are the editable ones and who manages them?
And then the white tuning bar does not move, or only when there is a signal.
Does this transceiver have vox settings?
My mcHF it does not have VOX. I searched the mcHF manual and VOX is not listed.
