I like how at the end you see the realization creep onto Waluigi's face:
They can respawn on the Angel Platforms, but he can't. He knows it's over. He's exhausted. He's hurt. He can't do it again. He knows that if they still want to fight, he's fucked.
I loved the detail at the very end, Waluigi was sad because he new it was over. The fighters had Respawn pads since their in the game except Waluigi, so he wouldn't respawned but just die. But Mario, impressed by his ability to defeat all of them with a single life said "Screw it, you're in."
Imagine if there was a limited time event where you have to beat every character (including giant Luigi) and then you unlock waluigi

I've heard some people want him to shoot iceballs
Gun, katana, knuckles, frags etc. A more intense version of snake. Remember he is the only normal guy of the cast so it makes sense if he is like a highly trained elite
that really is the best part of him, in every game he's in they change his abilities to always be the extreme technical style character, from crazy purple spike vines to robotic claws that toss explosives, waluigi can do just about anything. Hell, if he was in smash it would almost be best to invent an entirely new moveset with the weirdest abilities possible.
