I just received my stroller and the rear wheel assembly shown in your display shows the wheels attached . My wheels are not attached and there is a lock pin on the ends. I’m confused. I don’t see how they can be attached
If you don't have the little attachment that you can push in it might be broken when they ship it to you. The wheel attachment for you makes it easy to take in and out the wheels. You can call the customer service and ask them to exchange or return the stroller and you can order the new one. It happened to me one time. If you order from Amazon they are a pretty easy process to return. Good luck.
