Thank you so much. Just got my stroller and the instructions to fold it did not help me at all. I'm going to fold it and put it in my car and be ready for our next walk.
Its no more unfolding than a regular baby stroller. Its very easy. he is just going slow for the demo. I did A LOT of research on these pet strollers and this one, was hands down the best one and had the best REAL customer ratings over-all.

lol..I am going somewhere and putting this in the car. After watching this, I am not folding and unfolding.
Unfortunately, my arms are not long enough to reach over the top to the hooks...and when I stand on a stool, the hooks open, but do not unlach. :(
