- We are back having a good time catching Bream and Crappie. Were fishing in the Cache River swamps. My son Chuck is a bass fisherman by heart but I talked him in to catching some bluegills instead. I think he's starting to enjoy these powerful little fighters. We catch plenty of keeper fish. Hope you enjoy

I need to find bluegill like that 😭 I don’t have a boat so it’s really difficult to find a good spot.
I understand that. you can maybe find a good deal on a jon boat or kayak on facebook groups. so much more to fish in a boat.

you ever had any luck at Lake Des Arc, bream fishing?
Yes every once in awhile but they killed all the grass, hydrilla and most of the lily pads so I don't know where they're at maybe up in the buck brush I guess.
@@FishYanker went Saturday with no luck. caught a decent large mouth, but no bream.
@Gunnarhog. A lot of them should be in shallow bedding areas. I guess it all depends on the situations though. I will check back in 3 or 4 days and see what happens some spawn later and earlier in places.
We have a swamp at home that has 3 lb crappy I have caught many that size
