how to locate crappie almost ANY TIME of the year.
    cut down cedar trees
get equal amount of cinder blocks
tie cedars to cinder blocks at base
take cedar trees to desired fishing area
drop anchored trees in desired fishing area in zig zag pattern at appropriate depths.
fish will immediately begin to shelter and nest ( egg laying ) in and near the cedars.
catch more fish than any human could possibly eat..

@@justinsigmon1878 i prefer crappy and largemouth fishing . this design regardless of the trees/ scrub used creates a breeding / hunting ground for the fish. even if you never fish the area - it still establishes a breeding and hunting field and the fish will repopulate much more quickly. enjoy.

This is a great video with a lot of information regarding catching bridge pylon crappie. one thing to keep in mind is that the wind will also create a current and the fish will hide in behind the column. it forms an eddy that gives them a strategic spot to ambush bait fish. Wind is your friend (even though you may not like it). Great Video!!!!!!
