This was likely made around 1996 as Waterworld USA opened in 1995 and was apparently brand new when this was filmed. *ohh I see copyright date at end of video. I called it.
@@MiracleBaba It opened in 1955 at the north end of Park and Shop on Willow Pass Rd. and Market Street. I grew up about 2 miles from it's current location.

I use to live here and went to school here. Now I live here in San Diego calif. I can drive to the World Famous San Diego, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Lego Land, Balboa Park. I,m 2 hours away from Disneyland and Orange County!!
That sounds like a fun spot to live! I love San Diego it's always nice. I grew up in Concord and moved out of state when I was 25 I live in Central Oregon now. All we have is nature up here but I love it.
"by bay area standards" the whole damn bay isnt affordable you gotta be making 6 figures to even live in the bay damn near and concord is no different, Pittsburg is "affordable by bay area standards"
This was in 2010 when the housing market crashed. Houses then were 30-40% lower on average depending on location. But the last 2 years has been ridiculous. You’re lucky to even find an affordable rental. That’s California for you. Income to Cost of Living ratio is such a huge difference
I grew up in the Bay Area(El Sobrante) in the 80s and 90s, but I moved out in late 2000. The public schools were not that great even back in the 90s, but it was a great place to live otherwise. Great weather, fun and not too expensive yet. I guess I picked a good time to move because the cost of living seems to have gone through the roof. Maybe it will start to go down some now that so many people are fleeing the state...
wish it still was like this
Infested with crime and homeless

I love this city. I've lived here all my life. And I never wanna leave.
Guessing this was produced before the meth boom
What place doesn’t have a meth lab anymore? You might as well call it the corner drugstore.
