This is a typical Pacific Islander back yard. Somethings they don’t tell you: The Bananas only sprout once, once harvested they get cut down and regrow (usually multiple banana plants will sprout together). The Papayas and other fruit trees if not taken care off turn into a breeding ground for all sorts of fruit insects. Coconut trees will smash a car windshield instantly (seen it happen a hundred times). I was born and raised on a island and we had mango, guava, coconut, soursap, avocado etc growing around our house. It was convenient but not without its own annoyances and negatives.
