The difference in Islam and Christianity is that we believe he was just a Prophet-one of the messengers of Allah like Abraham, Moses etc but Christians believe that he was the son of GOD. They believe this because Jesus was miraculously born without a father. That's why they believe that he was the son of God. and they consider him like God. but in Islam we believe that Allah has no partners. He is the only One. And in Quran it's clearly mentioned that Allah has no children. Nor anyone come close to His characteristics. He is the One and Only.
