This is my morning routine for a productive day working at the hospital. I’m a resident doctor in internal medicine, and this routine takes place during a month working in the medicine wards. This doctor morning routine is very similar to my medical school routine, that is, the ones when I wasn’t rotating with surgeons and having to wake up at 4am lol. The anatomy of a productive morning routine for me consists of hydration, hygiene, exercise, mindfulness, and healthy calories if I decide to eat breakfast. The goal of my morning routine is to build a lifestyle that is sustainable for long and productive days because aside from being a doctor, I also make videos and produce music with my brother, run a business, and invest in real estate!

I appreciate how you outlined even-though you may not be able to control the events throughout the day but you can control your morning routine! My routine:
- Get up right away, no snoozing;
- Make the bed;
- Change into clothes and put on perfume and lotion;
- Take water bottle to kitchen then go to bathroom;
- Poop and pee lmao while I do daily Duolingo french lesson;
- Wash hands etc and put on deodorant and sunscreen;
- Go to kitchen, fill water bottle and eat breakfast;
- Wash dishes;
- Bush teeth;
- Read.
Then I work :)
Ps: no, I don’t shower in the morning lmao there’s no time and I would hate it.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to take morning cold shower.
I take cold showers even during winters. But just cant do it in the morning
how many days do you intermittent fast, and for how long before you eat? I feel like this is a good option for me since I don't get really hungry in the morning as well
uleg spidey i usually fast on work days because on my days off I can eat more freely with friends and family. I stop eating 8pm night before and next meal is lunch or brunch
I always wondered how do the sleep apps work.. like how does it know i'm in REM sleep?! Sorcery!

Take a shower, brush my teeth, and check my weight.

after watching maddie video I have started showering cold water when I wake up and ever time I do that I get headaches what is the reason please reply
cold water makes your blood vessels squeeze up, and if you put it directly on your head can cause your headaches. Probably use less cold water and not let it run on your head for too long. Just like if you use water that is too hot, water that is too cold is not good either
