Malia ist just the worst kind of person I have ever seen on TV. Such a snake, waou. She looks amazing, but must be total black on the inside, with red eyes or something, because she is definately not normal.
In the reunion episode Hanna confronts her and malia had a HORRIBLE explanation for the timing of her reporting. In fact she kinda ran from the question. It was clearly a retaliation for not getting to bunk with her BF.
It’s apparent that the deck crew are exhausted. Theyve done an excellent job up until now but their greenness is showing in their stamina. No shade… they’re all fantastic and I’d be proud to have any of them on my yacht. I’m curious where Lloyd ended up. I hope it’s with a good crew that supports him.
I wish Hannah had been here though. The interior would have looked and functioned much differently I’m sure.
Mzi is good people but he's been making those mistakes since they started and ol boy is letting a thigh bruise make him look 70 just man up
It would’ve been more interesting with a third stew. With the interior working so hard there’s no room for anything interpersonal and that’s kind of the fun part of this show
Some of the new crew are cool, but this is by far thee most boring season of this show to date.
What makes me laugh 😂 every new charter is Anerican ?? They have no idea of proper European food ?! Bring European charters on x will be very different 😂
According to the Interior, Lexi was not doing much work. Since she's gone now, it shouldn't really be much different, right?
This season crew was the best ever.I enjoyed seeing males treating the stews with respect.

Don’t think Katie should have been able to decide on her own if another stew was needed. It affected more than just her team! If I was malia I would have said okay, then I’m having Delaney come back on “deck” and she can go in between both deck and stew.
The "Devil" (Lexi) should have been replaced by Delany not trained by her.

Kate gets away with a lot and it irks me.
Without a question there is a understaffed scenario going on. For the money that they charge people there should be a dedicated person who does nothing but the laundry 24/7 and help with delivering the meals . Don't know who decides on the size of the crew. Working the crew one hundred and ten percent and they still have to deal with the camera people in their face also.
Delaney could have simply remained in laundry and housekeeping ( cabins)
Sooooo how is one crew member taking anxiety medication different from having a whole crew drunk on their off charter days.... or crew drinking alcohol in general....isnt that a 'safety issue'?.
I don’t think this crew was managed well at all and that’s on Sandy. Yeah they’ve done a good job getting by but management like this is absolutely terrible.
Previous seasons fans were giving Sandy a hard time for "micromanaging"
It was refreshing to see her step back & let everyone see what happens when she left decisions to her department heads.
They each failed in one manner or another.

This crew was wild as hell & department heads were out of control with them.
All the Captains have their managerial style, some work on specific crews, some not so much. Look Capt Glenn from Mediterranean, he is completely hands off.

Both Captain Sandy and Katie are stupid to not have enough stew avail by getting Delaney back. I hate the way Sandy passes the buck to Katie to make such a big decision.

2022, rewatching. The crew worked sooo very hard for these guests and the picnic..... Sandy was so worng to moan about the 'dark' fish, she knew how much Matthew would be crushed, just a stupid move. Sandy loses her rag WAY to quickly, (the sparklers causing the fire alarms - previous ep), here when David has that drunken hot tub fall and bruises his thigh - Sandy screams at her crew so loud - like a screaming child in a supermarket, simply loses it... This charter wonder if the make guests, 2 in particular are LGBTQ team players, the vibe is clearly there, hoping Lloyd finds his true self and always gets the respect
It looks like the captain has been drinking from time to time.
The best thing about Malia is her deck crew.
Geez on top of captain Sandy being a micromanager pain in the #*$ she has to bust chops on the dark fish. Better SHE got the dark and NOT the guest.
Knowing Mat's shallowness, he intentionally plated the dish intended for Sandy with subpar flesh being insolent & insubordinate because she dressed him down after hearing he said he was going to give Sandy an "ultimatum"
Sandy told him, point blank, if you ever THINK about giving me an ultimatum, you can pack your bags & leave right now.
Trouble was, not only had he thought about it, he voiced it threatening Lexi.
To Sandy's face he tried to say he didn't mean it, but...

El que trabaja con la Capitana Sandy aprende. Ella no es egoista. Le gusta enseñar. Depende de cada persona aprovechar o desperdiciar las oportunidades que ella les da. Ejemplo de eso Malia💪💥 y Bugsi, aunque Bugsi es doble cara e hipocrita no es confiable. Lo que le hizo a Hanna con la tablet. Ella debio decirle directo a Hanna que la conversacion estaba abierta. No sacar la tablet del barco y mostrarsela a todos. Yo ese pasajero demando al barco porque quizas pudieron leer informacion confidencial bancaria o secretos comerciales. Pero Bugsi no midio eso y se puso a mostrarselo a todos. Si no es jefa de camareras tampoco deberia aceptar trabajo de camarera porque seguro que le va a hacer trampa a su jefa para quedar ella en el puesto🤣
The crew isn’t as good as it used to be
Malia has been to cozy with her crew. They are not her buddies, they are her crew. She should have reported Dave’s injury. Now the deck crew are stretched to the limits& idiot Katie let Delaney go so she wouldn’t be emotionally stressed. Boo Hoo the worst chief stew. Lousy season. Get rid of all of them including Sandy.

Captain Sandy has put up with a level of non professionalism for too long. She deserves better. This group are NOT professional at all. Too many screw ups. Too much interpersonal drama. Childish behavior and drunkenness. I wouldn't trust this group to tend a rowboat.
Does this show still exist? Once Sandy and Malia came and did everyone dirty ending with Hannah I have y watched one show

What a greedy crew, they figured they could get a bigger tip by getting rid of two of the stews. The chief stew got to work harder for it, not too smart to work that much harder for more bucks divided with all the crew. A conflict of interest and the captain should not have played the game with them.

It’s a fucjin picknik setup shouldn’t take more than what 10-12 minutes. Even if you’re tired you just walked up a hill I mean 12 min is a lot of Tim to set up some chairs and plates n shit gimme a break
