Hey, welcome and Thanks. Hmmm, as for sculpting in Blender, there are quite a few great tutorials on CZcams to get ya started. It depends on what style you are trying to go with. Stylized: www.youtube.com/@3DCore_art or Realistic Humans: czcams.com/video/BPAvvF8py1M/video.html You should check out a few zbrush artists as well for sure such as Creature Corner on the Twitch Gnomon channel if you want to make monsters. Hope that helps. I would say just sculpt as much as you can though.
