Wow, that project alone was so labor intensive! Andy is very skilled (shout out to Terry too) and is a delightful hard worker. Yes, the results are great and blends in with the surroundings as it should. You'll be so proud/delighted every time you step on or sit down on those steps. The pooch was such a cool supervisor enjoying his laid back position and I think the kitty's are going to be checking it out when he's gone!

If you put plugs of this amazing ground cover into the hillside area, it will form a massive root system to hold back the dirts from slidding into the driveway on rain drenching days. Has beautiful purple flowers for the local forgers, and all you need to do is cut it where you don't want it. Can mix in the silvery ground cover also for a shimmering effect like a waterfall made of plant greenery.
Will make another fireline, too.

Weee...I also have goldenberries growing in my backyard in Florida. The edible plant Andy brought that you consumed is called Borage (Borago officinalis), also known as starflower. The leaves are supposed to taste like cucumber, the flower having a sweet, honey-like taste, and the leaves can be used to treat swelling, inflammation, respiratory complaints, and melancholy. What an incredible job Andy has done with the enthusiastic help of Drew, and "project manager" Brittany. Andy is such an incredible wealth of knowledge when it comes to concrete. The steps and back patio look INCREDIBLE. I hope you have made a friend for life in Andy.
