The real hard working is meitei they are the real hard working people without any reservation they get mostly top 10 or at least top 100 in upsc but they is none Kuki that reach top 100 in upsc. Always remember that there are only a no.of vacancies in UPSC CSE(700 or more approx.)every year out of 1.3 billion population so ST quota do not make much difference and I have also seen many Meiteis enjoying SC and OBC quota

prelims cutoff way lower than UR , OBC and when final merit out, those 600,700 rank are getting higher posts. While preparing , GEN, ST went to same coaching, taught by same teachers, gain access to same materials .
