People with covid 19 need to meditate. Have you noticed that the ppl who are in tune with themselves , if they get it its barely affecting them and for ppl who cant full blown exercise (like me) HAVE TO MEDITATE !!! I believe that doing it regularly will save them. I truly truly do.✨🔮🎇 please do this if your feeling sick ...please !!! Call it meditation for a purpose, to save your life, if you dont believe in doing it. Hey im a nurse, i believe in science too ..but i also believe in the mind /body connection.....I also believe in God. My point is ..this works !!! So why not!!

I had a hysterectomy- now I feel like I have a huge hole.. like I don't have a sacral chakra anymore. I have so much pain. No creativity, no pleasure. Listening in hopes that somehow I can heal this area. Thank you for this ❤

Sacral Chakra is often overlooked, with popular focus being on Root and SP. Not only do I feel that energy is not flowing, physically my sacral muscles are tight and seized. I slept with this type of meditation and woke up with vertigo. I've fainted and vomited on separate occasions when acupuncture needles go in that region. Wish me luck on this healing journey...

I have a quite block on Sacral Chakra, and I realized I was doing it myself. It feels below the belly, it's like a small door. I was able to be meditative enough to recognize it, and now I can unblock it, if I feel it's blocked. One thing I repeat to myself is to let go and let me be myself. Somehow the body recognizes my words and starts to open, letting me feel more sensations.
My goal is to have my Chakra opened all the time, to joy, to express better emotions and creative work.
I'm not sure if audios help, but I'm trying many things that might help.

I agree about the hang drum. This is the best and most effective recording and although I check out others, nothing compares. Tarot readings made it clear that my sacral chakra needed attention. Don’t laugh, but it is also my go-to self-pleasuring music. Ones specifically for ghat purpose are often too bouncy or “noisy”-serenity works for me!

I fee the same way !!! The root healed most . It is as the name implies , root , core center , soul . ...as the root gets well and begins to move by turning only half of
a turn/spin can have more of an effect than we may expect . A good spin of the root gets everything moving .

So true! Work from the bottom up. While I've always been intuitive, I would get a headache when working on my third eye and crown chakras. I worked on my lower chakras for years now and I'm so much more grounded. I am slowly developing/opening my third eye so I don't feel overwhelmed and I'm more willing to allow new experiences. 🙇♀️

I've always had a very blocked sacral chakra. Recently I started getting uti's and even after taking antibiotics the symptoms have come back. Listening to this has been very healing, I can already feel the pain start to go away! Thank you for this

This seems to be my go to for my Sacral! I play it on my coil which makes it stronger! I put the coil on my Sacral and I can feel a huge energy shift! 🙌
Something a person posted on another Sacral video really supported me. If the sounds/tones in this video are a bit overstimulating or unpleasant it might mean that Root needs more care and attention before you begin working on Sacral. Obviously, there's situations where you're just simply not vibing this sound and a different Sacral video will be a better fit. But, I took a few months to really work on Root before coming back and all of the Sacral that used to be a bit nails-on-a-chalkboard sounds way better now. It's wonderful you're on this journey.
