It's pretty sad considering Andy told Bonnie to take good care of his toys Woody especially. However, by the 4th movie, Bonnie barely acknowledges Woody's presence anymore.
It's a weird shift because I rewatched 3 and she loved Woody in it but in the 4th movie to make it more interesting they discarded that and made her lose interest with the justification that she is a little girl.

Not quite. Lotso felt abandoned after being replaced while Woody was just simply jealous that Andy started playing with Buzz more.

Buzz Lightyear is so PERFECTLY ranked. I absolutely love his entire character arc, he really comes through in the clutch in each movie. I can't imagine Toy Story without him, so thanks Tim Allen!! đđŸ

Thatâs the reason why Woody stay at the Antique store
The Mutant Toys from Toy Story 1 are the most benevolent because they were the victims of Sid's violent fantasies and do nothing, but to try and help. Not only do they repair the Janey doll and pterodactyl toy with tape, but they also try to stop Woody and Buzz from exiting Sid's room because Scud was around, repair Buzz's arm, and even help out Woody with his grand scheme to scare Sid and rescue Buzz. These guys are absolute angels without a doubt.
They should've been included in the higher part of the list. If this video were more recent, they would've been high in the good tier.
Idk if Iâd rank Jessie above Woody personally. I feel like Woodyâs willingness to act with selflessness after Toy Story 1 outweighs Jessieâs actions. Donât get me wrong, Jessie isnât necessarily MUCH worse, I just find Woody has displayed more self-sacrifice than Jessie has.
Couldnât agree more. Not to mention how selfish she was towards Woody in most of Toy Story 2. She panicked over claustrophobia, not wanting to go back into storage and begging Woody to stay and was on Stinky Peteâs side up until Woody indirectly notified her that Stinky Pete framed her for turning on Alâs television, foiling Woodyâs escape attempt. In Toy Story 3, she did not at all display self-sacrifice and was even on Buzz and the other toysâ side when they thought Andyâs mom threw them away when in reality, Andy stopped to help Molly before going back to put them in the attic. Woody is a toy who knows what heâs doing and knows whatâs best for everyone, except of course for Toy Story 2, when he originally refused to return to Andy when Buzz and the other toys came to rescue him. Jessie didnât really have a solo kind of impact on the second, third and fourth films while Woody did.

I would place her closer to the neutral she shouldn't be high on the good side since there have shown there are other really caring and selfless characters in toy story.
She's a little girl. She doesn't realize the toys are alive. Most little kids act exactly the same as she would have. I'm sure most little girls wouldn't take that much action to care for an old toy some random teen guy gave them. You have to see the point of view from the characters perspective, not ours.

I just find it amusing that she inexplicably all of a sudden stopped caring for Woody, you're allowed to enjoy more than one toy. Sid and Stinky Pete were also redeemed. Sid was a disturbed skate punk who didnât know that toys are alive. Stinky Pete was never purchased from a store nor had the experience of being loved by a kid. He only became a villain out of disappointment, resentment and insecurity. In an online interview after Toy Story 2 hit theaters, Stinky Pete somehow adapted to being owned by Amy, despite all her makeup.

Many horses in the world can have MUCH more good than bad. Because Toy Story has high more standards of character and even by the standards of it, Bullseye was unsurprisingly going to be high on the good list.

I agree with your top ranking. If you think about it, the same thing happened there as happened with Jessie: she was forgotten. But Jessie's pain manifested as grief, not aggression, which makes her much more sympathetic. It would be like being forgotten by your mother or your sister, in some ways. Know what I mean?

Exactly! Al had no remorse for stealing Woody, especially when Andyâs mom made it perfectly clear that Woody wasnât for sale. Not to mention his atrocious manners towards public businesses such as the airport staff and hastily forcing Geri to fix Woody as if the planet revolves around him and only him. Al was so greedy and self-entitled, he just canât take ânoâ for an answer.

Here's a fun fact: Before the first movie came woodie was actually suppose to be more of a dictator than a leader (thus making him "evil woodie") however this was making him being abusive in SO many ways and the audience hated so much that they legit scrapped the idea and had to redo the whole story board just because of old woody's character.
The Black Friday Reel? There's videos about the Buzz window scene with that version and it's freaking disturbing.
Although a part of me is curious on what a whole movie of that would be like...

Lotso Bear was the first character to ever make me bawl at a theater. My heart breaks watching the toys accept their fates

I think Lotso is really the only evil character in Toy Story. The way he left Woody, Buzz, and the gang to die after they saved his life shows that he has no good inside of him.
I knew Lotso would be the most dastardly villain in the series! That one scene in particular where Woody and Buzz help him up to the emergency stop button, only for him to say "Where's your kid now, Sheriff!" and throw his one opportunity of redemption out the window, hammer homes the fact that he is a true Toy Story villain!
Woody.EXE is nothing like Lotso, he actually redeems himself after Mummy accepts him as a leader of my family like he is. Woody.EXE even had the same heart wrenching story as my 2009 Woody did between my sister maybe thatâs why he and Woody.EXE got on because they had the same pasts. I love the moment they hugged during my emotional times and said âHow can we help her?â. Woody.EXE is the most caring family member out there

I still get emotional about it, I used to love Jessie until one night I overheard Jessie saying that my 2009 Woody was the reason Queen Elizabeth died but he never did it! Woody.EXE was really mad about Jessie betraying the 3 of us and even my mother. Iâm glad Woody.EXE bans her from the Queens funeral

Just so you know, even if Zurg ever find out he's just a toy, he would still remained evil and Buzz's archenemy like the real deal since he remains a villain in later appearances as Toy Story's most popular villain which never changes. Hopefully you understand that.
Sid would never forget a valuable lesson he wouldn't torture any of his toys again.

Let's be honest, we all knew that Lotso was going to be hands down the most evil
I knew that the first time I watched this video. Even at the beginning of this video, I somehow guessed correctly that Lotso was the most evil. Sid was only a disturbed skate punk who was completely unaware that toys are alive and display emotions. Stinky Pete solely became a villain out of disappointment, resentment and insecurity who was never sold to a single kid and was stuck in his packaging his whole life, not to mention that space toys including Buzz were the reason for the cancellation of a tv show that he was once part of. Lotso simply became a villain out of anger and entitlement with a cynical theory that toys are not born to spend life with their owners and their lives fall in nothing but trash all because he and only he got replaced by his former owner, even though other toys were not in control of the situation. Gabby Gabby, on the other hand was much more like Stinky Pete, but voice boxes were her only source for ownership by a kid. Al McWhiggin in some way, can be just as evil as Lotso. He showed no remorse for stealing Woody even though Andyâs mom made it perfectly clear that Woody wasnât for sale. Not to mention his atrocious manners towards public businesses including the airport staff and Geri the toy repair man. I would say that Stinky Pete and Gabby Gabby are the most relatable villains in the Toy Story franchise. They basically represent more deserving people who donât get the things they deserve but somehow other less deserving people get it. Circumstances like that can make anybody mad or extremely disappointed. I canât help but feel bad for Stinky Pete and Gabby Gabby. Not sure how I feel about Sid. But Lotso and Al, what they did was completely inexcusable. Iâd say this list was ranked perfectly, nevertheless.

Fun Fact: In an animatic sketch from Black Friday, Woody was evil because instead of setting Buzz out the window by accident, he just threw him off. The sketch almost made Pixar go out of business, so they replaced it by making Woody being good and set Buzz out the window by accident.
In the Black Friday Reel, Woody literally showed zero remorse for his rancorous actions toward Buzz and even blamed the other toys for his bad behavior after being caught red-handed. But in the movie, Woody attempted to misplace Buzz behind Andy's desk in order to be chosen to go to Pizza Planet, but accidentally knocked Buzz out the window and felt genuinely remorseful for his actions and never blamed the other toys for it when they chewed him out.
I feel bad for mr potato Head being so low, he is one of my favorites!
He isnât a bad guy but he is a lot less good compared to the other characters. He is an anti hero after all.
Even a franchiseâs heroes can be ranked in the Bad To Evil category. Itâs called measuring morality, thatâs WickedBingeâs purpose.
