I get a different screen and it doesn't have the same options. I've been at this for 2 days now and I'm no closer to getting it to work properly. I keep searching for a different post that might show what I see but so far, no luck.
I did get it to come up on the show 8 but sometimes I have to ask it or touch the screen to make it full size. Sometimes it just alerts me that something is detected and I have to ask to see it. I would love for the show for the show 8 to just display which camera is activated without having to ask.@@ememnezzy9916
The video facility is not working between my Blink Doorbell and my Echo Show 5. The Echo will announce that there is someone at the door then says 'Doorbell doesn't support that'. I am in UK. Any tips and hints will be welcome.
Same, it's never worked and from googling it loads of people have the same problem. I suspect you need to have a subscription or the sync module but I'm not paying more for such a basic feature.

I'm using a blink camera in motion sensing to see who's at my front door because I don't have the doorbell. I did everything you showed on this tutorial and when I press the doorbell my echo show 8 2nd gen tells me there someone at the blink doorbell then echo says after did you mean bedroom and I still can't see live video. Now the blink cameras are working! After initially setting up my Echo Show 5 (3rd gen) in Portuguese/English, I found that I was unable to view the feed from my Blink cameras. To resolve this issue, I decided to reset everything, delete the app from my phone, and set everything up again only in English. This time, I used my wife's Amazon account, and it worked! Now I can view the cameras on my Echo Show 5 with no problem.

I got mine to work, its an echo 5th gen. When id tell it to show me the blink camera itd say "you mean the family room?" So i went in thr routine and changed the name to show me the family room and now when the button is pushed it pulls up on the echo.

Not compatible to view live streams on a echoshow 15 the from a blink video doorbell, even if you have a sync module. Clearly states this on amazon. May work once but thats it. You have to access live view via the alexa app. Only works on echo 5 and 8 maybe, as ive tested it.

Mines says the same thing I called blink and they told me it is because my camera is in event response mode. This is a system issue that they are working to resolve. They also told me that if I wanted to hear my doorbell notification then I would need to get they sync module let just say I'm not happy and that they have a month to fix this or I will be switching
Can't understand why menu layout is different from mine. for example , 1:17 , I click devices, camera, blink and there is no gear icon in top right like on here. Can't get this thing to work. Very proficient doing stuff like this but it looks like I've met my match ... 😕
Please slow down for us old folks who need a bit more time processing and finding where you are going and what you are pressing. I am sure I would still have to stop, rewind and play, but perhaps not as much.

i have a speaker icon on my display. you should press to activate the audio stream and being able to answer. Anyway i'm searching how to tune the speaker volume up. I find it a little weak with all the street sounds...
On my echo show the same one from this video when i select smart home it shows doorbell is unresponsive. But when I actually select doorbell it shows the doorbell camera. I followed the steps in your video but no luck
i had similar issues. The doorbell did'nt stop blink ing red (means Wifi loss). I reset the WIFI access and then could complete the other steps. Check the WIFi signal strength next to your doorbell could help. i added a Wireless Repeater to extend the WIFI area and downtuned the quality of the video

When my second routine kicks in it goes to the "home" page on mech show 15 but the blink doorbell just minimises and stays on, any idea how to change this so it closes
Same thing happened to me. I changed the command sentence from Home to Close (whatever your device is called). Mine is just called Door so I changed home to ‘Close Door’ and this worked

well i just read at the blink app i have to wire it or pair with a blink sync module. probably is the reason why

Keep in mind you can always slow down or speed up the playback speed of any video on CZcams.
