Exploring Chinatown NYC: Tascam Portacapture X8 Field Test - Immersive Soundscape Experience

We explored Chinatown in New York City and recorded audio using the Tascam Portacapture X8. This video is partly a gear test of the Tascam Portacapture X8, as we wanted to see how it performs as a field recorder using only the internal mics. But this video was also a fun project for us to shoot something different. To find an interesting frame and to just hold and see what unfolds. There are so many exciting sounds in Chinatown. People talking, bicycles whizzing by, footsteps, and of course plenty of traffic. We hope you find it as interesting and exciting as we do.
