One inaccuracy in this episode. None of the docs in Boston talk like that because none of them are from there. There aren't thousands of Good Will Huntings hanging around Mass General. They are sitting at a bar in Revere eating a roast beef while singing the praises of Trump.
Boston is one of the nerdiest cities.

That lady doctor's accent was so terrible/inauthentic that I assume it was intentional. The rest is impressively accurate. Except no one with a Boston accent can afford to live north of Braintree/Quincy Adams at this point.
