Damn, if this will not qualify for the final I don’t what to say! Big improvment by Czech Republic from last year, 4/5 for me!
this is also a 5/5 for me but i think this gonna be 4/5 towards the general audience. that live performance was amazing
The fact this sounds so good live gives me confidence that their performance in Turin will be epic
5/5 what a song 😍🇨🇿
Fun fact! The bow guitar he's playing was his master's project at university. So...I guess he kind of made it himself although I feel like it's not a 100% original idea.
this song is so cool - I keep coming back to this song on my playlist and I keep singing the "changing-part" because it's funny as well 5/5 :D
4/5
yes it's a commercial bop but i really like its dark edge
(also they had a very strong selection, probably the best this year with Finland)
It's a 4 for me! It's a really strong song and live performance - I hope it will still stand out once we know all the songs for this year.
I liked this when I first heard this months ago, then my interest dipped hugely. But now over the last month, after hearing all of the songs currently released, this has steadily climbed back in to my top 5 and I'm enjoying it again!
4/5
Feels like Prague 2023 so far. Definitely top 10/12 in grand finale …. 4/5
4.5 from me, it’s not like it’s my favourite ever ESC song, but I can’t stop listening to it and it’s my favourite so far this year.
One of my favorites. You are right, it looks like a music video. If that is live, she has a good voice. It is a 4.5/5 for me.
I love this and i have 30 years old 🤷♂️
Very listenable song
Number 4 on my rankings, really really love this
This is a 5 for more, I love this song!
For me it is the best one so far. The violin-guitar was his degree's project, if I remember correctly. 5/5
Good song to listen in car. And i think its will be top 15 for sure.
If anyone's interested then the literal head, or at least a guy who was in the Czech delagation, between 2016 and 2020 is on You Tube he's called Jan Bors and his vids are well worth a watch. From watching them I get the impression the Czechs are youth orientated as they've basically had to build their selection of artists from stratch. Bors said when he started he was told there was no Czech music scene so he had to go out and search for people and then train them to perform and he spent a lot of time gaining the trust of youth Czech artists and finding out about them.
My number 1 eurovision 2022:)
Estonia next please!😍🙏
Her voice have moments when it sounds like Miley Cyrus'
4/5
It’s a 5 from me. You aren’t old. You look gorgeous too.
5/5 I LOVE THIS SO MUCH
Definitely a 5/5. What a banger.
4!
I do believe it will get lost and would barely pass to the final. It's very background music for a workout or while working as it's very trendy since Spotify is a thing. It will need a expensive performance (i'm talking Spain level) to make any impact in the ESC. It's a banger for a Spotify playlist though!
Also Alex.. you feel old?? You're younger than my little brother so makes me feel ancient 🤣But you're right, the more i think about, the study that people stop searching for new music at 30 is very true.
5 for me, an absolute bop!
This violin-guitar is probably inspired by icelandic band Sigur Ros, vocalist of that band plays guitar like that for nearly 30 years (I recommend to watch live performance of them because they are brilliant, Saeglopur is their best song)
Wouldn't say this is targeting 20-year olds, this is basically Röyksopp's sound from 2010 (which makes sense since they're also Norwegian)
5/5. It's still my favorite.
bop
5/5 This is my current favourite. Apparently they all met at uni and the Guitar Violin was that guys dissertation. Would recommend their other songs like Someone New and Follow Me
4/5
i really like it!
Great song. Modern dance music without getting to modern for older once. So I like it a lot 5/5.
5/5, I love it
5/5 very good 👌
I like it a lot too. Its a 5 from me (Can I give a bonus point to the electric cello-guitar?)
4/5 I like it a lot.
After Ukraine dropped their great entry this is moving closer to be my new favorite
My favorite of the selected entries so far with Italy as a close 2nd. 4.5/5
Not a potential winner for me, but still a song that will go on my everyday ESC playlist. 4/5
I love this song 5/5
5 😍
Hey Alex! Could you share your reaction to American Song Contest? I like the idea of that contest taking place, and I like that they are doing all the states, I just wonder what the selection process for each state's representative will be like. Love the choice of Kelly Clarkson and Snoop Dogg as hosts!
We have the same opinion almost on everything 🤣
well... the pre-season is young... we have time to disagree
@@alexandrumic i said almost. 🤣 we disagree on Israel. It's like this every eurovision season. That's why i watch your channel
5/5
4/5, not sure if top 2 or 1 rn. The song uses simple samples but is well crafted with a good use of transitions. I really like her voice and she uses it very well providing lots of nuances, and carrying while complementing nicely the track. I actually think listening to the studio version (that I find quite inferior) shows how much her voice (without all those extra studio effects and doubling) can carry in a live performance.
5 all the way
Yes, this was a live performance. All the artists who competed had something similar. It was an online selection where anyone could vote. I voted too, but... not for them 😅. Still, 4/5. Neither great, nor boring. It's just ok.
5/5 for me
4/5 for me. As things stand atm I see them as upper mid-range (if that makes sense)
Oh and btw....I'm definitely not a young kid (in fact I'm older than you😜) but I call it a bop as well.
4/5 for me, it's repetitive but on the catchy and not on the annoying side.
3/5
4/5
5/5 for me. I enjoy this although it sounds slightly dated and like her whole style.

When will you react to the israeli song for esc 2022?
This song seems to be a real big contender and sadly I don't get it. I'm not trying to be mean or dismissive, but for me this song is the definition on "you're not good you're not bad, you're just _nice_ ". But i seem to be alone in that opinion, so maybe that is just my personal preference. To me this sounds like a dozen other songs I have already heard and found okay.
Now that Ukraine is out this is my winner again 5/5
3.5/5. It’s fine. It’s modern, it’s catchy. Tad forgettable. But fine. Yet Czechia missed a shot at the top 5 with ‘Jezinky’.
2/3 of them are Norwegian.
4.5/5 Punkte
Where the f is UMK reaction
3/5 it sounds kinda outdated imo
2.5/5 kindi middle of the road for me
2/5 it's really not my style of music
1/5 I find this song insanely annoying
This song gives me nothing.
I have already heard every single sample and piece of melody before and the song is just boring to me. Maybe it's just me.
2 words : boring & generic
