Jijuna talking trash against Tager just makes me more hyped for this game. I don't play grapplers but I love unconventional, creative and interesting mechanics. And fighting against a good, smart and patient Zangief is one of the most satisfying experiences, win or lose.

fighting game noob here. I played smash bros competitively, but I never took other fighting games as serious. I feel like no matter how you design a moveset, theres going to be people who really hate that character. So I say, let the game be tested. They may even end up changing how braum works, they already did with ahri. The changed her resource mechanic as players didn't feel like learning it. So if braum really is overpowered and/or unfun, let the devs know and they might change some aspects. And if not, you've dealt with these types of characters before, you can do it again
The first thing I thought when I saw the video was "He's a grappler isn't he?" and you immediately bring up a grappler. Thank you for being consistent. I wish they'd complete Rising Thunder one day.
Huge fan of the idea of heavy follow-ups into tag out for the other player to continue the combo. Tank support characters rewarding the newer player for being point is sick. Now we just need some enchanter supports with buffs and screen control for the type of player that prefers to stay behind.
My son is autistic, he needs a little help while playing.i hope we can play on the same screen on the same console online (couch co-op) games have stopped doing this when so many classic games this was a standard feature. Now its only fortnite and rocket league that supports this..

The more they reveal things about this game the more it sinks in that this really is a tag game and I become less and less interested lol. But as you said the duo aspect will make it interesting to watch so that's something to look forward to.
i have 2 Braum tatoos in my arm, i;m a grappler player, i'm on the moon right now, BUT, i will need to play solo because Braum will not do much damage (just like in league)
I hate generalist characters that have better stats than highly specialized characters. In my ideal fighter, allrounders would be less effective at utilizing specific archetypal tools than character that focus purely on a said archetype. This likely impossible to flawlessly achieve… Generalist have an even matchup against everyone, while: Rushdown>Zoner Zoner>Grappler Grappler>Rushdown Generalist’s strength is that they are free from the archetypal rock, paper, scissors. Losing can be designed to be enjoyable, it is hard to do. Having the way to have to approach each character be its own game modes is something more FG developers should work toward… even if that means having less characters. Quality over quantity. Little side tangent… give me more special character vs character interactions. Say something like, if two Potemkins deploy Giganter Kai. If the walls touch they detonate after a delay, wall sticking both of them. Essentially resetting to neutral unless your on the same side of Giganter. If so, the Potemkin farthest from the stage wall breaks the one on the closest by crashing into into him.

But, many newer fighters have abandoned that philosophy. Either for making everyone into generalists, or making jack of all trade characters to strong. Strive is the one of the worst of offender of this. Nagoyuki, Leo, Ramlethal, Sol, Chaos, and Ky(to an extent).
