Iv seen screen doors/closure for garage doors.. with a walk out door built in.. nice for summer.. one thing I would add is a huge stone hearth cooking fireplace, with pizza/bread oven.. a outside firewood door for easy filling.. and with all that concrete, concrete counter tops, and restaurant stainless 3 compartment sink with the killer sprayer(restaurant kitchen equipment, with glass door refrigerator.. ) a balcony overlooking the great room too.. but a beautiful house!!! I want a puppy 😂😂😂

I would love to get a dog, and a mini-golden doodle would be perfect for me, but the timing is just not right at the moment. I see you have a natural gas stove with a large volume hood. If you have a gas heater or water heater the use of the hood can cause exhaust to be sucked into your home. When using the hood it’s a good idea to open a window. Pro systems need “ make up air”

The finish I used on the wood is just a wood treatment to make it look like barn wood. It’s called Life Time Wood Treatment

Every stage of life is different. The coke cooler is from the 1920’s it runs on ice. No motors.

Yes it is wonderful,but certain times of the year flies are bad. I’ve been looking into a screen.

I did a lot of the work myself and already owned the land. Everything else ran me about $150,000. It was in 2020 when prices were not so high.

The heat does go up but the ceiling fans keep it circulated nice. We love our wood heat.
