@@alksdng97834y I use external SSDs from Samsung and crucial. It happens even while just trying different tasks like moving files from one ssd to the next, it happens when using final cut, while editing pictures, etc ...I keep the internal storage as full as I can. I've been on contact with apple support the past few days , they had me try safe mode and I just reinstalled the OS , nothing is helping. I've tried first aid on my drives . I don't know what else to do. In the beginning this thing was amazing I edited 2 4k 10 bit huge files in final cut pro without issue.

I got an m1 air . It worked great in the beginning but, I'm not sure why it is giving me so many issues. It's dramatically slower
Maybe ram usage? Ssd full?

it’s good for one app at a time. if you open two apps, especially a browser or >1 creative app youre fucked. it can do one app well.
@@iComplainer yeah I try my hardest to close everything before doing editing.
