Thanks for sharing this video... I encourage you to not settle. If you feel the bag has a flaw - exchange it! These bags are way too expensive to be defective. LV had no issue processing your payment, so you shouldn't have an issue with the bag. We have to hold these luxury brands accountable and require they provide true luxury, quality items - not defective ones. The only way to do this is to bring the flaw(s) to their attention and request an exchange. Also, as others have suggested, try incorporating the chain combined with the leather strap so you can rock it cross body. I'm plus sized and would need to do the same. I'm contemplating ordering this bag - or in the monogram. So thanks to your video - I'll be able to make a decision soon. Keep the great content coming! TY!!!❤

I think the zipper in the front is off. The fabric is shorter in the front. Send it back.
You can combine the chain and the leather strap to have more length. I've done this with my multipochette and it works. Im curvy too. Can't wait to try this one next week!!

I have the mini bumbag in monogram. I'm so in love with it. Used it so much already. The first one I ordered had many flaws as well. The lining was way too loose and the zipper was crooked. I was so disappointed and was hesitating whether I should just return it or exchange it. I'm so glad I exchanged it. I love it so much that I want it in the black empreinte leather. It looks so beautiful. If you feel the bag is not perfect in your eyes...you should exchange it. Otherwise you will stay focused on that one flaw even if it's minimal. And may I just point out that the bottom of the small pocket doesn't look 100% straight. It goes up in the middle no? Not sure if it is supposed to be like that...

Someone in a group I’m in had the zipper on the front pouch kind of bend at the end like yours is doing. But hers was way worse. I also noticed at the bottom of your front pouch it wasn’t straight there was spot near the centre where the leather turned upward.
It is a beautiful bag, I am thinking about getting the same one. Hopefully LV readily exchanges it for you - hate it came flawed. I can understand you wanting the strap to be longer, but it looks really cute on you. TFS!

This a beautiful bag, but I’m still on the fence. I had plans to get the empriente leather mini bum bag after seeing first pics last fall, but change my mind quickly. I don’t know what it is, so I decided instead to get the monogram mini bum bag, and so far so good. Also, I too was having an issue with the length of the strap for crossbody and just remembered I had an extender, after you suggested using one. It made such a difference.
The fabric area above my zipper on the monogram mini frays/pills as well. I’m guessing it’s a thing with them.
I love it and it’s one of my most used bags!

If the zipper is fraying then it wasn’t sewn in deep enough. It will probably continue fraying.
Totally agree & to fix it later will be additional cost.
I think it looks good crossbody. Like is a bum bag, so it supposed to fit how it does.

I just purchased the one in monogram and I just noticed the flower got cut off with some black mark. I need to bring it back. Omg. The store only have 2 and the other one my SA said she doesn’t like how it was made. 😢

Hi Jess I received my mini bum bag empreinte yesterday and noticed the top zipper was uneven and when it closed, the material on the zipper was bunched up. And also there was a bit of a gap when it was closed. Did you or anyone else noticed that on your mini bum bag?

Can you not put the leather strap at the shortest length and combine it with the gold chain to make one long strap? I think that would look great if the length worked out.

Why do you need a chain extender, why dont you use the extra chain strap as an extender and make the length longer when you want to wear it as acrossbody!
