I agree that if you’re not using a bag, you should move on. I’ve been struggling with this lately. I have a couple of bags that I’m thinking too much about and then don’t end up selling because I’m afraid of letting them go.

That’s not cool. We pay a premium for lux but not get lux service. I had a ridiculous experience recently at LV basically calling me a liar! I bought a strap from an SA in TX who is amazing, I live in Washington State, since the strap was actually shorter than the one that came with my bag, I decided to return it, well they said, oh where is the drawstring dust bag, I said it didn’t come with one, it came with the envelope style and they argued with me! I filmed the unboxing! It is on CZcams! Anyhow they got rude and wanted all the packaging, everything, the paper bag, the box, you name it! I couldn’t believe it, I said call the store in TX! They said they come with drawstring bags. I just wanted the refund and leave. I was a VIC 20 years ago, and now since I’m not I felt like they treated me like crap, I dunno. I would rather shop with the SA in TX than go 20 min to my local boutique. Sorry such a long story but yeah I feel for you! 💗

It’s like the best bag ever I use mine daily I had it in the past a few years ago and sold it and I had the biggest regret EVER so I rebought recently and sadly paid way more (and way to much ;() ! I will never sell it again it’s a forever bag now! It also doesn’t help that I seen someone with a bumbag on insta daily and I was like damn I want my bumbag back 🤤 lol I hope you don’t regret selling that bag in the future I have a feeling you will miss it and want it back … let us know if you do lol

So glad your items sold and it went smooth. I remember buying for the 1st time and sending to a consigner to sell. Both times I was so nervous. It literally takes doing it a few times and gaining trust then it’s not as bad. Still scary just because of the world we live in today though. ❤❤

I just got mine and the glazing seems coated and very red! Not like my NFGM or Graceful glazing which is not coated glazing! I'm not used to the bright glazing🥺

Shame! I can believe it b/c I've had similar experiences with LV customer service. They try to make you feel it's you and/or wear and tear. I'm new to the brand and have had to take the few items that I have back in store. Right now they are currently replacing a snap on the small kirigami set that was barely used. I purchased the monogram bandalere strap that's already fraying. The rep told me it was normal wear and tear. I'm used to my things lasting and LV is making me reconsider where I spend my coins.

U will love the pochette metis east west especially if you’re used to caring the mini bum bag. I love mine and people will give it a second look because people are so used to seeing the big one.

Oh HELLLL NOO... 😳😱🤯I would have demanded to switch the entire bag right then and there. What he said makes no sense. Horrible customer service. You were already inconvenienced in your time to go there, because of their damaged product, and the inability to use that product. You have already paid for the bag, and now, are not able to use it because of the damage (and now waste more time in getting the damage fixed). 🙄 He should have been apologetic and switched out the bag immediately, no questions, no hassles, no more time wasted. What a pathetic loser with no balls. 🤭🫠 😬 You are right in that the bag may also get popped stitches since it was probably the same batch of leather. Additionally, the dyes of the leather may not match completely between different batches or times of manufacture. The new leather strap may not be the same shade of black as the bag. 🤔 I would probably just return and just be done with it. I have passed on the mini bum bag a few times because it's too similar to my speedy 20s, and is a bit pricey for a novelty piece (personally). I would rather own a full bag for the same or less price, which is why I haven't been able to commit to one. So sorry this happened to u. How frustrating. I just can't believe how they treated you. You literally wore the bag the way it's intended... (like any other handbag, against the body). 😅Even non-luxury bags don't have crazy popped stitches in 2 months with minimal use. You haven't abused your bags. It is a $2400 item...😕

It’s not the strap rubbing against your body. If that was the case all of us would be returning straps. 😂 I bought a speedy 30 with strap in Hawaii came home didn’t wear bag at all for a month when I was storing I noticed my bag had the same issue I was so upset I had to send it in for repair a brand new bag!!! Never worn 😢

They are both beautiful. I think you can dress up the nano while the bum bag is more casual.

Try using Dawn diluted with a soft brush in a swirling motion on a canvas and the stitching. Since Dawn is blue it works well in whitening and won’t harm the canvas. Never use magic eraser because it will remove the print on the canvas. Azur is my favorite LV print. Good luck!

😱😱😱Oh what beauties you have💖💖💖…….please rethink selling all of your monogram classic pieces, a friend of mine just told me a story of her selling hers about 10 years ago and she fully regrets it, she is now hunting down every piece again and paying double or triple for the vintage pieces, she is in fashion and said todays pieces are not made as well. 🫶

Very nice collection! The pochette accessories I sometimes use as a catch all in my Neverfull. Holds bigger items than a mini pochette. Maybe try it that way.
