Homemade pickles. For 4 jars:
- 1.5 kg of cucumbers (gherkins)
- 1 onion
- 5-6 sprigs of dry fennel
- 20 grains of black pepper
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp sugar
- ~150 ml of vinegar
