2024 One Little Word June Update

One Little word 2024 - March thru June prompts flip through
I intended to update everyone as to how the disc album is going in this video, but didn't really touch on that. I am still enjoying it. I like that I can add whatever I want into this album, but my complaint with disc bound albums (always) is that the pages can be kind of hard to turn. I also got metallic gold discs that have a little texture to them. I think if they were smooth (AKA not the cheap ones from a large online shopping source) the pages may turn a little better. So, it might just be that I was cheap and wanted a specific color. It is less bulky than a ring bound 6x8 album, but doesn't stand up as well either. I also REALLY love my mixed media cover (I painted over the Ali Edwards flower print paper to create this).
This is a project that I will come back to year after year. I really benefit from walking with a word and conversing with a word throughout the year. It is amazing the lessons I have learned just by having a word in mind. You don't have to go all out like this. You can literally just pick a word and hopefully write it down somewhere OR just lock it away in your mind.
