Very good review, I own one for 2 weeks now. For long cruises its on par with my previous Prado VX 2,8 150 kw, ie ride comfort, boot space with 12 v socket for Engel ( 3rd row removed), more economical, more usb charging points incl 12 v socket in boot),better sound system. The only luxuries it doesnt have is electric and heated /cool seats. And the BLISS. Speed control, seat comfort etc on par with Prado. Engiine very quiet and relaxed, yes, but more rhan enough power for long distance cruising and overtaking. The lack of Appla Car play and navigation system consequently is disappointing. The front coffee holder only and little packing space is actually slightly less rhan a Prado, but by no big margin. The central fridge in Prado a feature that we are missing. But for half the price and more economical I am already a Mahindra fan. Very solid car with no rattles or niggles. Never thought that will be possible, I was a Toyota man only, WAS😀😀
We'll said Ben, I've had a 2010 D4D Prado TX before and got slaughtered for comparing my 2023 Scorpio-N with it by some hardcore Toyota fans.

I say good value for money here. Automatic wipers, sunroof, cameras, good looking seats, I like. And the deeper grooves on the tyre treads, lekker traction there offroad. As you would usually say, 'well done Mahindra, well done'😂

Awesome vehicle, they are starting to gain decent sales here in Australia 🇦🇺 as well. Well built, capable & practical . They do lack some safety gear, but that's being addressed . Well worth buying
Hope people will understand that adding adas level suite will increase price significantly, n due to that only Mahindra hasn't added that feature to Scorpio n.
But that doesn't mean it will not receive that feature in its future updates
Mahindra has good vehicles, i would buy one ruther than an expensive fortuner.
In 🇮🇳 we have more then 6 months waiting on ScorpioN
I currently have a 2013 Suzuki GV Summit 2.4. I fell in love with the small brand, value for money, punching way way above its weight, real and true off road capability, practical for a family of 4, reliability etc. Just the perfect perfect car for my family and our lifestyle. This Scorpio N is the perfect next car. Just need my ship to come in. A small ship compared to the other options but yes, it is a bit of a step up 😂

Been looking at many reviews of this car and to have one reviewed in the area where I live on the very same roads I travel is a bonus.
As a Toyota fan I can now say mahindra is my second best. Never betraying Toyota though 🤣🤣🤣
I have driven Toyota for many years with and without frustrations, and I think to buy another vehicle is not betraying them. But I could never have brand loy😮alty but rather model loyalty. I will always be loyal to my Hilux 3 d4d , not to Toyota.

Everything is good in Toyota, Except price. and has No sun roof...😢😢 overall Mahindra's Engine refinement is one of the best.
Why would you be loyal to a corporation? That is not a wise decision my friend.

Buy whatever gives you the maximum value or whatever you are satisfied with the most. Don't buy based on brand.
Please consider doing sound system tests as well. People use that among reasons to buy cars.
CZcams is very strict with copyright laws especially when it comes to music , the best I can do is post a video of how the sound system sounds on my Instagram Stories today.

Hehe, that's not how it works unfortunately. Cars get hijacked for different reasons.
Great value and probably more capable offroad than the established brands. Only downfall is the boot space/configuration and maybe one cupholder up front.

There are known issues with steering racks and suspension, my Scorpio-n has had a problem from day one 5 months later no solution in sight.

I own this car in india petrol automatic 6s in india there is also petrol engine very comfortable and nice looking even in Manual transmission also available.
Whats the mileage you get in petrol? City and highway?

I think Mahindra missed a trick here, They should offer a five seater version, it's an easy option. Also, the auto stop/start default should be "off" and the option is "on" - but that's just me.
That 3rd row seat looks like it is not so complicated to remove

2.2 MHawk engine is very reliable.
It has mHawk engine. One of the most refined engine ont he world. Engine oil testing shows that it has decay equals to BMW engines. So, dont worry about engines. its the best. People are crazy about this engine in India.
No this car is really too good for that price. They should have maybe given it the infortainment system as the one in the XUV700. But this is really good. Just wondering about its reliability and warranty. I have had an experience with Mahindra and they have always been comfortable.

Looks like a good car at a bargain price........but that is the problem. The dealer network in Australia, is used to ripping off customers for three times the price. They are not going to accept it. Their business is geared for higher profit. Mahindra is best concentrating on developing countries.
Thank goodness for no Apple Car Play... it's a RIP off. Android or nothing for me! I love Mahindra. I have a Karoo S6 double cab 4x4 which has made ql my previous 4x4's except my Landies look silly. The Landies, by the way, were no beter, just the equal of this amazing vehicle. It really is a rugged affordable workhorse with SUV comfort that is priced beter than a Jimny. I'm very pleased with mine after 129000km's in 30 months over very challenging ofroad , poor gravel and potholes tar surfaces. I'd buy another any day!!! Wel done Mahindra! What a refreshing change to the overpriced options available here!
