- Hi everyone! Today I am trying the new Starbucks non dairy cold foam and I am trying it with their new salted caramel cookie matcha! Watch the video to see my impression of this drink and how I liked the new non dairy cold foam. It’s light and kinda tastes like a bubble tea it’s pretty good but not everyone likes it, it has caffeine but it’s supposed to be a slow release caffeine unlike coffee and better for you
