I remember surfing voodoo with him in 85 8/10 foot only the normal crew out blackie Wilson Crammy, & a couple of nulla boys he was the deepest by far getting the heaviest ones also he was always a gentleman letting me & a couple of younger maroubra boys catch our ones & where to sit which really helped when it was that big legend 🏄🏄🏄
