I’m not sure of your location preference but I definitely recommend looking into the elementary schools when you’re making your decision. My family relocated to Florida and we learned the hard way. If you’re in the Central Florida area, St. Cloud is great. Especially Harmony Florida. Best elementary school in Osceola County. Beautiful scenery and family friendly!
If you like #2 is it in your budget to upgrade the refrigerator and the cabinets. It seems more cosmetics to me. The no fans would have been a no for me. I can't sleep without a ceiling fan. Also, ensure you're looking up sex offenders and crime in the area. I always use crimespot and familywatchdog before I move anywhere. Also checking zoned school.
I don’t like the fact that there’s no neighbors, realtors will tell you to go by the property different times of the day and especially at night to see who and what’s going on! You can’t see the folks you’ll be living around! You can’t pull up the stats of the area…are there Ex predators, convicts, half way houses, etc?! Like a more developed area! I would address the bug situation, fans not being in the rooms and yes I would accept the house, the house is very nice. if you see where you can live with the small changes that need to be made then think about it seriously.

Your land Lord are greedy if I had tenants who paid their rent on time and keep my place up you would be there forever. Paint job, lawn care once a year. Good tenants are hard to find.

Keep in mind new builds means aggravation loud noise when they do start building other homes..a mo for me..yes the 1st hm ❤.bug a turn off..
