It gives you a better feel for the ball, besides it’s the most basic skill in Fotball, every professional player can do it
The main thing in a game is the team game plan. Everybody in their positions the end result is the score. Period. If people wanna juggle to impress the public with acrobaric stuffs is one thing. At the end of the game you need to score higher than other team to win. Cos there's only one winner and the winner moves on, the loser goes home.

Luka ProCreations practice is all that matters. As long as you have a ball, you can overtake people like that with the right mindset. You don’t need fancy cones or shoes, look at Neymar and messi growing up with not a lot.

It’s honestly difficult to watch all these No Days Off videos, because they keep me motivated, but also every person featured has trainers and a field available, whereas I literally have no idea how to do some really vital defense skills and I have no one, so now I’m just wishing I had ANYONE. Also, she’s really good.

My advice: just do juggling, ball mastery, tight space dribbling with cones, and passing variations against a wall. These simple drills improve your skill by A LOT.

Thre main thing in soccer is strategy. Know your position your team positions, your adversaries positions. The trainers strategy is important too. Overall it comes down to team work as well. Good luck.

no front but the skills and dribbling she does is pretty basic for any regular soccer player where I come from(Croatia).
And they don't even have nearly the money to buy such good coaches and training stuff. She is good but she has to realize that it's not all about training, it's also about talent and doing the right decision in game and reading the game. But I wish her the best luck

I will show this to my kid! Great source of inspiration. Go Bella. If I may, just one observation...some of the drills, you are doing them with to much speed. Each sport has its tempo and pace. Sometimes, if you do your moves to fast, like when you move the ball from one side to the next and back to the original position to quick, your opponent will react and arrive at your original position, by the time you have the ball back at that same position. But I have to say I am extremely impressed by your drive, your talent and your level of work. All the best to you and your family.

Trickk, can you tell the Chelsea trainers to turn the girls into athletes with higher technical skill levels and more tactical insight. A lot of us are Chelsea women fans but we all see the lack of athletic ability, the slow passing game, the wrong passes, the weak shots that are too much off target. If England wants to beat the Americans it all needs to be on a higher level. Please pass on the message will ya?

Stop hating on her, spots are hard, and it doesn’t matter how good she is right now, if she has big goals like she does, she is more likely to get there, and she is a hard worker. I do think seeing her in a game would be helpful. She IS having fun with it, and she knows how to have fun.

I'm in my last year because I never was that into the sport and love to run and play volleyball but to know that there are people that would never be caught doing soccer that shows me that I could be already doing volleyball but I never did because I wanted to do the popular sport..she's really good and you can tell from foot work and I'm devoed that they didn't import clipsnfrom games but I have a good feeling that she will make it.
