I bought an android head unit with very similar connections to yours in the video but I cant get it to work as my model has a factory fitted amp that uses SPDIF. The loom that came with the unit powered it up ok but I had no sound. The seller sent me a new loom that says its for a Sorrento which has an SPDIF adapter box in the loom but it wont even power the unit now. I have no instructions so if anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it!
My radio just went out in my 2010 forte. This is helpful. Kia wants to charge me $600 to replace it. Update: all I needed was a new radio installed. A wire in my old one was killing my battery.
I have the same exact radio I wired it up an accidentally touched the red an black wire an I don't know what fuse it blew in the car but the radio won't work anymore. I can plug it up to a dc power supply an it turn on any opinions on what fuse to change are anything I could do?

Did the harness match your factory wires ? Do you have the canbus box plugged in the screen?

I liked it a first but I'd rather use the stock radio. The stock radio runs a lot smoother than the aftermarket kia forte radios.

There's a little red 10a fuse on the back of the actual head unit. You probably blew that one.

Yes because the frame wasnt made good so you have to keep the screws loose so buttons dont get stuck
