    Thank you for showing this beautiful home. I agree with you about the small shower area there in the front pool yard area. And yes, maybe a higher rock wall blocking more of the front pool yard area that looks across the sent at the neighbor. All of the features inside this home are very nice. That owners ensuite with the dual shower area with the bench is really nice. Finally, I don't feel safe with that nicely done staircase that goes up the backyard grass wall area to another street level. That staircase come down to the back yard driveway area of my home well I think not. Again, thank you for the tour.

    Are there property tax in Hawaii? How much?

      Yes. Our tax rate is $11.10 per $1,000 of assessed value for investors, and $6.15 per $1,000 of assessed value for owner occupants. Owner occupants also get some big exemptions off the assessed value.

      @@HawaiiRealEstate I'm paying a little more expensive prop tax here in LA living in a condominium haha ..... You can't buy a house like that here in Los Angeles with 1.5M.... boy I want to move to Hawaii someday!!!
