So all those deceased parents weren't accidental! 🤣 I personally always pair Tybalt and Mercutio together for a classic enemies to friends to lovers arc. Especially since they always end up with high chemistry in my game and it adds more forbidden romance stories into the hood haha.

Miranda to me always read as a lesbian or someone who could not be tied down and loves the romance Sim life so I usually pair her with a Tricou Teen (or occasionally someone from another hood if I feel like adding Desiderata or Riverblossom Hills) or let her have a bunch of flings. Tycutio is also pretty popular on Tumblr and is kinda what sold me as a massive Shakespeare fan myself haha. 🤣 I did play my town in such a way that half of the Capps and Montys eventually died down through murder and sickness. Tybalt was the only surviving member out of his household. Tybalt also killed Mercutio, albeit accidentally cause they were dating.

Yeah, I was just about to say it. I had the same problem when I wanted to play with children and teens who lost their parents. The mod called "tunaisafish_fix_getparents" fixes this issue.

Oh, my favourite family :) Veronaville was my first and favorite neighborhood in The Sims 2. I started playing it about three times trying to do everything perfectly. I remember how Juliet was nearly killed by the ghost of her mother and Mercurtio was almost killed by the ghost of his recently deceased grandfather. I saved both of them... I liked my sims too much to let it be a real drama. The next time, irritated Juliet tried to destroy one of the tombstones, and I didn’t let it become a real drama again... I still don’t know what happens if a tombstone is crushed. Generally, I was annoyed by the Capp Ghosts. They were wandering around yelling and scaring the gardener and couldn’t help old Consort Capp with his long hedge. It was before Apartment Life, so there were still no butlers. A butler would have helped a lot. When I played for the first time, I tried to do everything as the developers intended. But when the teenagers grew up, I thought that both Juliet/Romeo and Hermia/Puck pairs looked unrealistic and uninteresting, so I created new boyfriends for Hermia, Juliet, and Miranda as well for the next time. I used the Elixir of Life on all my Veronaville teens, so I played them for a long time. Perhaps that was the reason why school eventually became a bit glitchy. School students stopped getting their homework at school. The big Capp family from the bin was just in a horrible situation when I played them for the first time. They were so poor, and it looked so unfair. They were the Capps after all. The second time, I let Goneril and her husband leave the family for a while to earn some money. I used the Elixir of Life on them too, so it was fine. They bought a big house for their family and had twin daughters. Titania Summerdream had a crush on Kent Capp from the start of the game, and she eventually married him, and they had children with elf ears. Oberon married Isabella's adopted daughter Galadriel Monty. Bianca became the Mayor of the town, married one of my CAS sims, and had a very pretty daughter. Regan and Cornwall Capp were just fine; all their kids had the Fortune Aspiration. I guess Consort was proud of them. The Montys eventually left Veronaville and moved to Pleasantview. Oberon and Puck were with them (I had used cheats to place them on one lot). I think Consort felt a bit sad as he had already become one of Isabella's friends. So there were the Capps, my CAS families, and Bottom Summerdream with her CAS boyfriend in the end. Now I think it felt a bit boring... but no feud anyway :)

I’ve actually never had a Sim smash an urn during normal gameplay, I think nothing happens but some say you should be careful because sweeping up the ashes can cause corruption (I believe this has been debunked though). And yeah, the Capp manor ghosts are relentless 😭 one of them actually scared Consort in this gameplay but sadly I didn’t catch it on camera. Also, I also think it’s weird how the Family Bin families start with so little money, it really makes no sense. But yeah, glad to see you’ve made this neighborhood thrive despite all the difficulties :)

They are already married with four children (Iris, Oliver, Demetrius and Ophelia) in my gameplay. She took a Literature Major, works as a playwriter and has her own bookshop. Romeo did try to follow his family business, taking Culinary Arts in college, but he excelled as a football player and decided his love for the sport was greater. They bought a bakery next to his family restaurant (which is managed by Patrizio and Isabella) and he still enjoys running it on his days off. The restaurant will go to Antonio, because Bianca married a Capulet and is now a renowned food critic. Kent is the chef in that family: they have a Montague-like mansion and two twins with Bianca's surname (but Capulet-like first names: Hermione and Henry), but the hate is still strong between the three living elders (and those two Capulet hags). So Antonio married his dead wife twin sister, Helena and she is helping him raise his two teenage twins, while they are also raising their toddler Rosalind. Mercutio finally let go of Hermia, who married Puck, and understood he was more like Miranda. Miranda was, of course, shunned from her family and lives with him in the Montague neighbourhood. They have two children: Cassius and Cressida. He works as a bartender and she went to college to gain her two degrees in Art History and Fine Arts, making her more accomplished than Hermia. Hermia and Puck had two children: Lysander and Portia and live in the neutral neighbourhood next to the Summerdreams and other businesses. Puck works as a Conservationist and she is a stylist. Patrizio and Isabella live alone, but especially Patrizio is still very bitter with his children and grandchildren. Isabella secretly cherishes her Capulet and non-Capulet grandkids (and great-grandkids). Regan and Cornwall have a cold and unhappy relationship with a lot of affairs and live next to Consort in a big mansion with their spoiled only son, Dennis, who is dating Bottom Summerdream (the only non-Capulet and non-Montague teenager in that world lool). Titania and Oberon had another child, Robin, and they have environment/nature-based careers (Titania is a Botanist and Oberon a Green Technician). Veronaville was my first introduction with the sims 2, as a kid, I deadass used to think those painting makeups were cool, so every sims I creat should wear them.

I used to overlook Veronaville, preferring Strangetown, Pleasantview, Riverblossom Hills and Belladonna cove, but recently made an uberhood w/ 3 standard towns and omg how cool Veronaville is
I could never match Juliet and Romeo, at least not when they're students/adults, bc my inner voice would never let me match sims with romance and family aspirations, plus in my game Romeo generated "have 20 lovers at once" lifetime want. So, I matched Juliet with Viola Monty (a deleted sim, who was supposed to be Romeo and Merc's younger sister) In my game, the Capps' descendants are going to drive Consort into the grave (already did), expect for Desdemona and Regan - Goneril found herself a wife (Jodie Larson) and started working in criminal career; Albany got kidnapped, became a lab and rat and then was killеd by Loki and Circe; Cornwall got kidnapped by UFO and gave birth to a daughter (who, sadly, didn’t get any alien’s appearance traits, but it’s better for Corn, since he could say it’s his and Regan’s child); Kent left to Pleasantview and seduced a married man (John Burb), making him divorce his wife; Tybalt got together with Mercutio (I like good old enemies to lovers); Hermia is currently with Puck and they like their “bubble blower” too much, plus they grow a very funny looking grass in their backyard (and share all of this with Lazlo Curious); Miranda got together with Beau Broke, despite all of her family saying he only needs her money (I play beta Veronaville, where Miranda, at start of the game, is a сhild and Des' twin); Hal left to Strangetown and got an alien bаbу; Ariel got pleasure aspiration and I think she’ll also get a girlfriend (Tycho Curious, who’s also a pleasure sim) Meanwhile, Regan just lives her life as a lawyer and now is free from her husband’s constant want to get a сhild (want a сhild? Go get one yourself - Regan to Cornwall, probably) and Desdemona has wealth asp. And is going to get married to Alexander Goth Montys have their share of interesting moments (esp. with Romeo’s LTW), but it’s nowhere near what Capps are doing in my game

I actually started to play with Veronaville like this month, for some reason it never interested me before. I'm still figuring out what I want to do with them, but for now my main concern is that Juliette has Family aspiration and Romeo is a Love sim. Love and Family are conflicting, so everything leads to him not being faithful and no one being happy :( I don't know yet if I want to embrace the drama or to work towards Romeo changing his aspiration.
@@erinkirkland5185 honestly same, I don’t think I’ve even done a proper Veronaville playthrough before. Having a lot of fun with it though, I’m flying through the rotation! And yeah, Romeo is a bit of a player for sure 😭 my playstyle is mostly wants-based so realistically I don’t think he and Juliette are a good match but we’ll see. Romance Sims can be a hassle for sure

Hermia and Puck are so sweet together 🥰 I've heard from others that the roofs in Veronaville is problematic if you have the seasons pack, I wonder if it's true because I suck at creating roofs lmao... This gameplay has really been calmer than I expected, especially because of the feud between the Capp and Monty families, but that's also lovely 🥰 we might see more when it's time for the Monty family

AAAAAaaaaand... You've made me cry. Man, I used to play this as a child and teenager, I'm 29 now 🥲 BTW First off, I remove the fuckin facial paint. Then, I love to play in a depressing way 😀 according to shakesperian tragedies. For one thing, I love this mansion but I find it eerie, with the cemetery close by, these poor orphaned teenagers living with their grumpy granpa. As for Tybalt, looks like he's the only young one still carrying the family feud, for the other teens seem to want to get along togheter. Also, the Capps are matrilineal, so even if he's the first born he's not inheriting shit, and I think that gets him pretty infuriated. He's a popular sim with no friends, doing poorly in school and let's face it, he's probably an asshole. I make him bond with Consort, have a poor relationship with Hermia and poorer with Juliet, of course. As for Juliet, she's the Golden child, first daughter, doing good in school and stuff, pretty boring. I make her date Romeo and eventually marry him until they both... Ahem have an unfortunate accident. Hermia, has this rebel look, but is shy and a family sim, so basically I think she's artistic, creative and cares a lot, she just wants her family to get along. I usually match her to puck, making Mercutio jealous and settling for Miranda, her cousin. I don't line the match, tbh, and they have poor chemistry so I get Hermia and Mercutio togheter in Uni

@@crazymarq4390 never. By the moment, in my game Romeo and Juliette are steady (normal) and Hermia is steady with Puck Summerdream (love that couple). Now I have to play the rest of the families and decorate the houses.

Veronaville was my first introduction with the sims 2, as a kid, I deadass used to think those painting makeups were cool, so every sims I creat should wear them.

I used to overlook Veronaville, preferring Strangetown, Pleasantview, Riverblossom Hills and Belladonna cove, but recently made an uberhood w/ 3 standard towns and omg how cool Veronaville is
I could never match Juliet and Romeo, at least not when they're students/adults, bc my inner voice would never let me match sims with romance and family aspirations, plus in my game Romeo generated "have 20 lovers at once" lifetime want. So, I matched Juliet with Viola Monty (a deleted sim, who was supposed to be Romeo and Merc's younger sister)
In my game, the Capps' descendants are going to drive Consort into the grave (already did), expect for Desdemona and Regan - Goneril found herself a wife (Jodie Larson) and started working in criminal career; Albany got kidnapped, became a lab and rat and then was killеd by Loki and Circe; Cornwall got kidnapped by UFO and gave birth to a daughter (who, sadly, didn’t get any alien’s appearance traits, but it’s better for Corn, since he could say it’s his and Regan’s child); Kent left to Pleasantview and seduced a married man (John Burb), making him divorce his wife; Tybalt got together with Mercutio (I like good old enemies to lovers); Hermia is currently with Puck and they like their “bubble blower” too much, plus they grow a very funny looking grass in their backyard (and share all of this with Lazlo Curious); Miranda got together with Beau Broke, despite all of her family saying he only needs her money (I play beta Veronaville, where Miranda, at start of the game, is a сhild and Des' twin); Hal left to Strangetown and got an alien bаbу; Ariel got pleasure aspiration and I think she’ll also get a girlfriend (Tycho Curious, who’s also a pleasure sim)
Meanwhile, Regan just lives her life as a lawyer and now is free from her husband’s constant want to get a сhild (want a сhild? Go get one yourself - Regan to Cornwall, probably) and Desdemona has wealth asp. And is going to get married to Alexander Goth
Montys have their share of interesting moments (esp. with Romeo’s LTW), but it’s nowhere near what Capps are doing in my game

I actually started to play with Veronaville like this month, for some reason it never interested me before. I'm still figuring out what I want to do with them, but for now my main concern is that Juliette has Family aspiration and Romeo is a Love sim. Love and Family are conflicting, so everything leads to him not being faithful and no one being happy :( I don't know yet if I want to embrace the drama or to work towards Romeo changing his aspiration.
@@erinkirkland5185 honestly same, I don’t think I’ve even done a proper Veronaville playthrough before. Having a lot of fun with it though, I’m flying through the rotation! And yeah, Romeo is a bit of a player for sure 😭 my playstyle is mostly wants-based so realistically I don’t think he and Juliette are a good match but we’ll see. Romance Sims can be a hassle for sure

Hermia and Puck are so sweet together 🥰 I've heard from others that the roofs in Veronaville is problematic if you have the seasons pack, I wonder if it's true because I suck at creating roofs lmao... This gameplay has really been calmer than I expected, especially because of the feud between the Capp and Monty families, but that's also lovely 🥰 we might see more when it's time for the Monty family

I feel you though, roofs are a struggle 😭 The gameplay was way more wholesome than I expected too, perhaps that’s the way forward and it’s time for the families to just forget about their beef once and for all. I’m sure it’ll get messier eventually tho

@@RainyDayGamer_ thank you! I use GunMod’s camera mod (but you can also tweak the camera files yourself to have full control) to get smoother movements and then move the camera around as I see fit

First off, I remove the fuckin facial paint. Then, I love to play in a depressing way 😀 according to shakesperian tragedies.
For one thing, I love this mansion but I find it eerie, with the cemetery close by, these poor orphaned teenagers living with their grumpy granpa. As for Tybalt, looks like he's the only young one still carrying the family feud, for the other teens seem to want to get along togheter. Also, the Capps are matrilineal, so even if he's the first born he's not inheriting shit, and I think that gets him pretty infuriated. He's a popular sim with no friends, doing poorly in school and let's face it, he's probably an asshole. I make him bond with Consort, have a poor relationship with Hermia and poorer with Juliet, of course.
As for Juliet, she's the Golden child, first daughter, doing good in school and stuff, pretty boring. I make her date Romeo and eventually marry him until they both... Ahem have an unfortunate accident.
Hermia, has this rebel look, but is shy and a family sim, so basically I think she's artistic, creative and cares a lot, she just wants her family to get along. I usually match her to puck, making Mercutio jealous and settling for Miranda, her cousin. I don't line the match, tbh, and they have poor chemistry so I get Hermia and Mercutio togheter in Uni
