Would have been cool to show how to locate the Starter motor too :) Because your video is very well explained and it seems like a simple task.
My Punto is having issues starting when warm but not when cold, I thought maybe this is the issue

The starter motor is on the rear of the engine. If the starter motor is reluctant to spin when the engine is hot, I'd check the connections to the starter solenoid, and the condition of the earth strap.

@@HaynesManuals Thanks a lot for your answer, I'm going to check those before replacing the whole starter motor then

@@arceras have you solved the issue? Mine is doing the same, randomly not starting when hot.

@@majobusa - Hi, we've had the same issue. The car would only 'clunk' when turning the key, the sound of the solenoid kicking in, but without starting. We managed to get the car running by reverse bump starting it; it was all about giving the starter a bit of a jog. I'm not saying it's the same in every case, but it may get you to a garage.

Starter changed but not working, fuse 30a ok, main supply ok, missing activation.... Which relay is responsible for the starter?
