    So important for all of us hunching over our computers getting repetitive motion injuries! Also, your “2 week fascia miracle” is exactly that. 👍

    I have been following you for some time (Daily Om for one) and I recommend you to everyone I know. You are doing magnificent work and helping many people. Thank you.

    Erin I am so grateful for you and your work. Thank you!
    The Fascia Miracle was the key I’d been looking for, for years! I knew fascia was an area of my body I’d not yet worked on for long term pain and inflammation and then by magic, you bounded into my world.
    The fascia stretches have been amazing and are really helping. Thank you!
    I have generalised tendonitis and pain all over from years of fight flight and contraction plus an early SI injury.
    I have generalised inflammation which is clearly visible in the joints of my hands. (I prefer to not use some of the medical terminology as it holds such heavy energy).
    I’ve been doing energy work for years so am very tuned into the energy flow in my body so can feel the amazing impact of fascia stretching.
    I love these hand ones and the other more recent hand wrist video you shared.
    I’ve only just started with them but feel my fingers gaining strength as well as feeling an increase in energy flow.
    Thank you so very much!
    My feet tendons are currently inflamed around the top of my feet and ankles.
    I’ve had plantar fasciitis in both feet previously though that is not currently an issue.
    Any extra feet stretches you can recommend would be amazing!
    Thank you again. I am super grateful that you are doing this 😁❤️🌟

      Wow, thank YOU so much for your message! I’m so happy to hear when the work really helps people in their journey. Some areas to focus in for the fascia would be ribcage and hips. When I’m working with someone who experiences plantar fasciitis, those are my two big areas to work on. If you browse my YT you will find many options :) happy holidays! Xo Erin

      Thank you Erin, yes it is pretty congested in those areas you mentioned. Great idea to focus primarily on these large dense areas to relieve overall. Thanks again for all you’re doing 😁❤️🌟

    Thank you for this. About 6 years ago my husband About had his pinky cut off. The doctor repaired it, but the tendon is shortened and it stays permanently bent. This has kept him from making a complete fist and effects his grip. I'm hoping this helps him

      I’m so glad! I do a lot of finger hand and wrist stuff on my own. I use my hands a lot for my work and I’m prone to tendinitis. The Fascia work is really helpful to ease discomfort and help with safe range of motion. Good luck to your husband!

    Erin, do you happen to teach anything about the feet? I have chronic achilles tendinitis from twisting my ankle too many times) so my tendon and fascia is very very thick. Anything I could do?

      I’m so glad you asked! I’ve had it on my list to do some contents regarding plantar fasciitis, I will make sure to get that going soon!

    Thank you, it's helpfull. I was wondering if we could make a variation of the exercise min 8 ,or the one for the thumb, for each finger individually to help fingers to open wide from each others? (I'm learning piano and frame drum ;-) ).

    What level of force? 3 vs1, or 8 vs 3, or...?

    • @DailyFascia
      @DailyFascia  Před rokem

      Sorry for my delay! Great question, I would say a level two out of 10. Zero be no resistance, and 10 being the most.

      You’ve awakened something! Either skip it and try other things or if you try again, go SUPER LIGHT on muscle contraction. Adjust your angle of movement. I hope that helps!

    • @DailyFascia
      @DailyFascia  Před 8 měsíci

      You have awaken something! Try to adjust your pathway of movement and use very very little muscle contraction. If that doesn’t work, then skip it and only do the ones that feel really good in your body!
