Try 37. I used to leave house parties to go home and watch the new episodes. (New meaning they just converted them to English). I used to record the episodes on good ol VHS.
Toriyama really understood Vegeta. Old habits die hard. In other shows, the bad guy just turns a new leaf. But Vegeta's upbringing has made him more complex to solve.
What’s ironic about this is that Toriyama went on record stating that Vegeta is his least favorite character. The best character in Dragon Ball history is the most hated by its own author 😆
his speech is something i can relate to. Vegeta's story is a story of never living up to your potential. While others see you as strong, you see yourself as incomplete. As much as Goku is the main character and the focal point, Vegeta's story I always felt was more relatable.
Quite Ironic how Vegeta wanted to reawaken the evil within his heart, and yet his majin state was probably where he showed how emotional and caring he is about his family, and his overall change in character since he met Goku.
@@srinitaaigaura right....did babidis magic give him a power boost? Because I swea when I saw the episode when he fell under his spell babidi said hes was restoring his power back to normal so he couldn't resist his dark nature or some shit

It's why Vegeta is a lot of people's favourite, not everyone's upbringing was something to be proud of. For some, no matter how hard some work to change they feel they could relapse back into dysfunction.
Wrong. He thought he could find happiness through those things that make most other people happy (kids, family, friends). But he could not redefine his nature. Those things were unfulfilling so he ultimately went back to his training and his pride as a Saiyan elite. Family would satisfy most people, and they were a good family to have, but they were not relevant to Vegeta's natural self. He had to ditch them to return to his training and reawaken his Saiyan nature and pure self. Not good, not bad, just a realization of oneself. And for that, Vegeta demands respect. --- to reply, he wasn't becoming at peace with himself. He was settling for what the world considered peace. It was wrong because it ultimately was not what he was about; it was unfulfilling to his true nature so he had to go back to the way he was.
Watching this as an older man is tough, it makes you want to revert to your childhood ambitions and realize what in your current life is holding you back.
Usually it's distractions which ruin your childhood dreams. I cut down all youtube and social and got to work. I almost finished a 12 hour coding course in a bit over a week despite working 40 hours and having one of my days off occupied with a relationship.
What people don't realize that Goku head master's to train him and help him along the way Vegeta had nobody he became a tyrant for a while but he trained day-in-and-day-out and the power he got was his own he deserves a lot more respect then most people give him
Exactly! Vegeta himself didn’t have no one to train him. Imagine if Goku asked him to join him in training with King Kai! But first Vegeta would have to learn to listen to someone more powerful than him 💯
Also Goku bumped his head and forgot his Saiyan Instinct unlike Vegeta who overcame it with Sheer Willpower. To change is harder then learning a noob new tricks and this is why Vegeta in the long run will be more reliable then Goku. Because if Goku again bumped his head one day......then....then what? Ah enter God of Destruction Vegeta.
@@SmokingzMagiczTreez that could be true? But I think that only Master Roshi could speak about Goku upbringing cause Grandpa Gohan and him were close and told him about Goku when he was a kid to train him.
@@SmokingzMagiczTreez The head bumping makes no sense. Goku gets smacked a lot in fights even as an adult; and none of the smacking ever changed his nature again

I am a Saiyan of royal blood. The last of my kind & on my shoulders rests the glory of an extinct warrior race. Whole civilizations once trembled at the sound of my name, but you didn't, did you Kararott?! And at your hands, your common hands, my honor & my pride, the foundations from upon which I always stood, began to crumble at me feet. It was at your hands that I suffered my first great humiliation. Toppled by a piece of low-leveled trash! Imagine my added shame when it was you & not me, who avenged our people by defeating Frieza. You, who were the first to achieve the pinnacle of our race. The first of a thousand years to take a place among the Super Saiyans of legend. A place that I was raised to believe was my royal birth-right. And yet, here I stand, overshadowed by your accomplishments, forced to watch as my legacy fades into obscurity. But mark my words, Kakarot, I will not be forgotten. I will reclaim my rightful place among the stars and restore the honor of the Saiyan race. My power will surpass even yours, and the universe will once again fear the name of Vegeta!
Goku said : "Do you really believe what you've saying ?" No matter how brutal and ruthless Vegeta is, Goku still believe that deep inside Vegeta's heart, he's still a good warrior who still cares about his family. And that's true, after this fight, Vegeta sacrifice his life to protect his family, friends and earth. Goku and Vegeta is the best rival in Anime History.
j H, I honestly don't give a shit what you think about it. The animation in the last arc has been great, and it's a good way to kill 20 minutes on the weekend.
Japanese Vegeta: I wanted to be a cold and ruthless Saiyan again... English Vegeta: *I WAS THE PERFECT WARRIOR! COLD AND RUTHLESS, GUIDED BY MY STRENGTH ALONE! UNINHIBITED BY FOOLISH EMOTION!*
Dbs will never be as good as dbz. Idc if the animation was boosted up, the speeches and delivery of every scene from start to end was just phenomenal in every way possible
I disagree in the sense they still can make super better then dbz but they have to bring back DBZ goku because vegeta more or less stayed the same or grown but goku took a high stepped back and also bring back vegetas speeches

Nobody is debating that Z is worse than Super, it's just you Z fanboys who keep arguing with yourselves against nobody. Nobody is coming for your precious nostalgia grow tf up.
@@MrZahsome I guess it has to do with the fact that Z is no longer popular and everyone is on the "Ultra Instinct" and "Goku vs Jiren" hype train more often these days. Also could be because Super is getting good recognition, although Z is without a doubt better in terms of writing, dialogue, plot and others. And maybe because a lot of the things that happen in Super put a lot of the good that Z left behind into the garbage bin (ex: Trunks was a great character in Z, he's kind of a silly goose in Super, same goes for Gohan).
@@realogcris8835 what are you talking about. Vegeta has some damn good speeches in super. The one he gives to black, the one he gives to toppo and the one he gives to belmod are all great
Super has better speeches than Z. Zamasu's speech about mortals. Vegeta's speech to Goku Black. Frieza's speech at end of his fight with Goku in TOP. Jiren's speech about Trust.
When i first watched this scene, and Vegeta said he wanted to be the cold, ruthless, evil saiyan that he was before, a chill went down my back. This scene was masterfully delivered
No. Even though Goku was the star Vegeta was the only one who actually grew as a character throughout the series. That's funny too, because Toriyama actually said that Vegeta was his least favorite character.
I really never looked at it from vegeta’s perspective before now. I feel for him lol. Vegeta embodies everything it means to be a Saiyan I mean he’s the prince of his race and they were wiped out along with his planet. And Here’s this guy who didn’t even know he was a saiyan for most of his life and when he did find out he didn’t even care for a while. And not only did goku defeat frieza the one responsible for the saiyan extinction but he’s constantly besting vegeta in everything. It’s like you go to put all of your time into being the best basketball player you can be and you’re the best out of everyone in high school and college etc. You make it to the nba , and Then some guy comes on your team who plays circles around you fresh out of high school. I totally get it lol
Hmmm you have a point. I have a little story similar to that. Now not too long ago I followed this woman on Twitter and she’s a rapper. Remind you I rap myself, when I heard song a pin tweet in her page? I was STUNNED 😳! Homegirl sound like Pharaohe Monch and Lauryn Hill if they had a baby. So I gave her props on that song she said thanks. One day I tweeted “Having writers block.”! She dm me asking do I have it? I said “yes but I done a feature.” She just thumb my reply up and that was it. I thought she was gonna give me a tip or something which I can be open to but it ain’t happened. Next time she tweeted that she’s going to the studio one Sunday. I replied she’s lucky to have it to go. She replied and said “Yea, but it’s expensive! But I love it! Cash app in my bio.” So I thought that was weird af! So I tweeted back “I feel you, we all need some kind of help when it comes to that. Some of us that rap we gotta do this shit in our own home and find someone to pay to mix it. Unless you got a good connect with a low price for it.” She stopped replying back and I was just being cordial. Cause first of all why tf would I give you money for you to go to the studio? 1. I don’t know you personally 2. I have a girlfriend, what would I look like giving you money to go to the studio? 3. She’s funny (in a bad way). So maybe like 4 months later she dropped an album. By the third month all I’m seeing on my feed is “If y’all ain’t heard this album by _____ you need to! She raps better than most men!” Like people were calling her album a classic in 3 months already 🤨! And the crazy part about it? Majority of her fans were MEN 💯! So I believe she probably spoke with other men to help her with money to go to the studio. Giving them a sad story maybe. They’re a few male rappers she collab with and shit and cool with on Twitter! One of them exposed a hater talking shit about her! Saying “Y’all niggas falling in love with her cause she can rap real good? She has 12 tracks and she rapping the same style on all of them! Y’all like her cause y’all wanna have a chance and shit!”.. Now that’s a hater? But that hater might be speaking some truth. Cause she’s a female that’s not ugly! And then men on Twitter arguing with other men about her saying that she can eat up “Che Noir’” on a track and shit? She need a have a feature on so and so album? A lot of shit! She tweeted “Hearing all of these peoples tweets about me are ridiculous! I DON’T NEED FEATURES! THEY NEED ME FOR FEATURES 🗣💯!”…And after that? She kinda lay low, cause of the fact that men was riled up about her and also they boosted her ego. I think she’s also with the 5% Nation too. In my eyes? I don’t try to not hate if someone can rap circles around you. I try to congratulate them? But when you have a ego and think you too good to rap with niggas that are still tryna come up in this hip hop shit? That’s where I have a problem 🤷🏾♂️💯! But other than that? Moral is there’s always someone out there that might be better than you in something. I don’t have a problem with her personally? But same time I don’t like it when people think they too good to even rap on Twitter with other rappers like myself. I researched her on mixtape platforms no mixtapes of her. She basically just started like 4 years ago. When I been doing mixtapes since a teenager in school 🤷🏾♂️! Which are on mixtapes sites! But hey she’s a female and females get attention 💯
"I was the perfect warrior! Cold and ruthless! I lived by my strength alone! Uninhibited by foolish emotions!" Haha! There will NEVER be a character as cool as Vegeta, put money on that!
Lol Spike cool? Spike isn't really cool much less cooler than Vegeta. I can think of dozens of characters cooler than Spike. Hell, even the main character of that show is cooler than him. Vicious was cooler than him. etc.
+BardockThaRawest Why can't Saiyans overwork. What does that mean, does it mean Vegeta can train for eternity and never get tired cause that's clearly wrong. A Saiyan can overwork themselves just as much as a human and Goku wasn't gifted, he started off as the weakest Saiyan. Goku works smarter than Vegeta while Vegeta works harder.
Anthony Garner no thats a disgrace to vegeta by saying that goku works smarter, goku is more genetically gifted to be able to get stronger then vegeta is. at no point does he "train smarter" fucking obviously vegeta would know that. saiyans cant overtrain either their species is genetically designed for them to have the shit worked out of them and still keep going and not break down
What really hits me is after Vegeta’s super deep speech and you can hear the music when Goku sincerely says “Do you really believe what you’re saying.” Deep
When you rewatch this as an adult its so obvious Vegeta was bullshitting everyone, including, no, *especially* himself. He stopped being evil long ago. He knew it, Goku knew it. But he couldn't deal with the loss of his pride as the Saiyan Prince so he thought if he became Evil Vegeta he could regain it. Truly a psychological masterpiece from a fucking kids show
This is actually one of the greatest quote in dbz that can be translated to real life... All young people have potential to be great, but most of them just rush to settle down and start a family, like that's the greatest goal in life... smh...

Man, I really feel like Vegeta too sometimes... Always behind everyone else in my life and I always keep losing at everything... I get back up believing that as long as I don't give up, I will win sooner or later, only to lose again and feel like a total loser... Worst feeling in the world.
Toltrona101 I feel similar in my life as well..it becomes very obvious when you're lagging behind..and even when you try to maintain the optimism and work twice as hard, the reminders keep showing up, and you still fall behind..
what's fascinating about this speech is that it's the reverse of the speech gave to Goku when they first met. The first time they met, Vegeta said Goku was a loser and that Vegeta was the one with the natural talent. He had a heirachal philosophy he possibly learned through the relationship between Freeza and the Saiyan race. However after years of being around him he feels inadequate. He now believes Goku has the natural talent and that Vegeta is the loser who cannot match him through natural means. He's now fighting against his own original heirarchal philosophy that held down his race for centuries.
I think that's called bad development to stretch a character the opposite of what they were like cause now hes a main hero due to popularity and not the same a she was written back the..
If you ask me his first speech was true I mean seriously Goku had a power of 380 something when he was adult And vagera had a power of 1000 when he wasn't even a year old 😂😂 So baby vageta is tripple than adult Goku😂 in strength Now say who is naturally talented and top class warrior Obviously vageta And if you think Goku works hard then vageta works hard too maybe even harder than Goku He is naturally top class warrior while Goku is a low class who had a power of only 2 at birth and vageta trains even harder than Goku The only reason Goku is ahead now is plot 😑😑 Otherwise there is now way in reality Goku can be stronger than vageta 😑
well Vegeta was born powerful and like most rich and royal people he believed he should be better then common folk, But then learned that someone of common origin could be better
@@91Definite Well based on Toriyama's version of Bardock story, Gine is the reason Bardock soften(by saiyan standards) and it's that reason why he gave enough of a damn to care about his sons to the point where he sent Goku off to Earth for his safety in case Frieza tried to pull something (which as we all know, he did). In other words, based on Toriyama's canon, Goku would've been screwed.
This is when Chris Sabat became vegeta. His voice was at the peak in the boo series. He sounds weird in super but he's getting old but this shit is when vegeta was savage
Oscar Reyes you're insane, he sounded way menacing and better here. He sounds like he's trying way to hard in the movies. You can hear his real voice in the movies
takinadeuce totally agree with you. by the buu saga Chris sabat had a great voice as vegeta. but now he does try too hard, between sounding like himself and piccolo when he talks as vegeta. but then how can we be surprised? he's been changing his voice for so long now, yelling so much to power up, there's gotta be some strain now after all these vicious years of screaming and changing his voice, they have even said many times in interviews that it's really hard sometimes to do all the screaming, I remember they even said sometimes they'd go home and their throat was killing them.or it hurt just to talk. maybe a sign to stop eventually. especially with all these new dragonball super episodes 🐉
+Cee Woo No and your sarcasm is appreciated. Db Super seems too childish for great speeches like these. Plus Faulconer(and the rest of the composers) made the speeches epic with the added music.
All that. All that pride, all that arrogance. And all it takes is his greatest rival questioning if he really believes he's still as evil as he thinks to shake his composure. Vegeta's character is fascinating.
Vegeta realized he loves his family and had a panic attack. Psychologically speaking, doesn't that sound like an understandable reaction to someone abused and controlled all his life? Minus the maniacal obsession and homicidal outburst, though. Aww, but he knew he made a boo-boo after he got it out of his system, and sacrificed his life. ♥♥♥
Lost_gibson meh, he's still have been evil without being controlled by freeza. freeza had the saiyans work for him because they liked killing and blowing up planets. What you said kinda makes sense but i think it's more he was born evil and his mind rejects all nice things because they are foreign. Like in super where he was scowling like a sociopath when his. . girlfriend? and son were having fun at the amusment park.
I've heard it said that Vegeta is Toriyama's least favorite character. But if that's the case, why does the creator's most hated get the best character development in the series?
vegeta is just a cliche character , i mean if you think turning bad to good is extraordinary than i recommend you to watch other things beside dbz.many manga authors use this method.

The funny thing is that Vegeta has never lost a fight to Goku on his own. Goku would've died to Vegeta in the Saiyan Arc if it wasn't for Krillin, Gohan, and Yajirobe. And here, they were more or less equal without SSJ3 in the equation. Any loss that Vegeta feels he's suffered to Goku has been from indirect achievements, like him becoming a Super Saiyan first or beating Frieza and the Ginyu Force.
Gold Roger There's no real proof of that. Vegeta looked down on Babidi and all of his men during the Buu Arc, so he had no reason to turn SSJ2. He also mentions that he was confident he could beat Gohan at the World Martial Arts Tournament before the "No SSJ" Rule was announced, and also before he knew Gohan had gotten weaker.
CheesyGranola... Vegeta admitted it when he fought Goku.. that he let Babidi control him in order to make the gab between them disappear because he knew no matter how hard he trained, he would never be on Goku's level.
Steamin Willie Beamen If that was the case he would have used it against Kid Buu. Try to think, and I've never heard that, please tell me when does he says such a thing ?
Steamin Willie Beamen You're just making a fool out of yourself by saying I'm wrong for a fact. Yeah he said that because Gohan has been slacking for 7 years and he's way below the level he used to be against Cell. It's a fact. Vegeta never turned SSJ2 (only in Majin Form) It's fact.
notice how goku said "do you really believe what you are saying" without any answer I believe Vegeta knew deep down that what he was saying wasnt completely true. Part of him didn't want to fail because of his race and how he was brought up.
It really wasn't, I also think Vegeta just wanted this last fight with Goku and his whole plan was to beat him and deal with Buu. He just didn't think it through because he was blinded.

i have always loved this speech because its not just about Vegeta fighting with himself but its about all of us: when we're young we think we can do it all: take on the world, shake the universe and we can shape it to our ideals...then one day it hits you that somewhere along the way with all your mistakes and acting as if you could really do it alone you found ppl who care and actually dared to love you...and you can try to fight to pretend it doesnt exist or you can find a way to understand what it means
"You don't get it. How could you? You, who've never questioned why he fights. You've always lived for yourself, trained for yourself. But once you were gone, I lost what drove me to be better. I lost my edge. And now, I'm going to... PTA MEETINGS! And Krillin's movie nights! Listen to me Kakarot, I'M USING HIS FUCKING NAME!"

Vegeta could just not handle the fact that his pride was getting crushed by a person like Goku, who for a fact was the complete opposite of him, by the way he think and act, Vegetas pride blinded him in ways a he was angry because he knew that all his selfish thoughts could be stopped. He knew he could change, he just didn't wanted to, and the fact he gave up all his pride for once to sacrifice his life for others is what makes him the best character in DBZ.people no matter how bad, greedy, prideful they are, can change, all it takes is to give that step that can change everything forever.
I think vegeta should have never came back to life after his sacrifice. it's always been awkward to see the ruthless saiyan prince become friends with goku and build a family with bulma...it made sense for piccolo but vegeta killed far more than any human being on earth has done with their bare hands..Wtf is wrong with bulma. vegeta killed beings throughout the universe, including earthlings. vegeta should have remained dead when frieza killed him or after his sacrifice during fight with fat buu
+EdgarSteven Enriquez i honestly respect Vegeta a little bit more than Goku now just because he was able to change and now in db super his pride is a los of Times broken for moments (embarrasing moments) but i know that he still being how he is (with the hardwork stuff) now he is even at Goku s level and he could be even stronger for once
Vegetal is a metaphor for self destruction. That’s why so many people relate to him as humans are inherently self destruct beings. Its so poetic when his death was from a physical self destruction when he finally came at peace it still came at a price. DBZ writing up to the buu saga was just on another level.
Not “inherently”… it’s a choice, and making that choice too many times can lead to a self destructive way of thinking and living. But it’s not the only way.
Its funny that this moment that Vegeta gave his heart to evil to gain the strength he needed was also the moment where he let his guard down and revealed all the insecurities that has raged inside his head all this time. This was Vegeta at his strongest (in Z anyways) but also at his most vulnerable and thats why these moments make me resonate with the Saiyan prince more than ever before
It sounds like vegeta believes he prevented himself from achieving his dreams. The way he described "settling down" sounds like what you'd hear from somebody who had big plans ahead of them only to get caught by the repetitive wheel of life. Things like a wife and kids are important and meanigful. But, if you have higher goals in mind they can very easily distract and prevent you from reaching those goals. His dreams died and at this point he thought there was no way out....except through babidi.
This scene is why Vegeta is more developed than Goku and why people love him! Seeing him have a family and live a normal life makes you forget he used to be cold-blooded warrior that destroyed entire planets. I'm glad that they address that here in the series. Vegeta is shocked at what he's allowed himself to become as well as frustrated about always being behind Goku. These factors are what lead him to revert to his original ways and accept Babidi's power. That's some great writing!
Being a kid is loving Goku and growing up is loving Vegeta. His pain and struggle resonates with the struggle we all have had at one point or another in our lives.
vegeta always delivers amazing grammatically correct speeches. its funny how he grew up knowing his culture, his farther and where his people came from, which forces his mentality to have structure. where on the other hand goku is a free spirit. No parents that he knew of until he was an adult. care free only has a few morals to stand by. speeches are broad and to the point. i think we can vompare that to todays society. not saying those without parents can not succeed or have structure however. its benificial whdn one does have those resources.. i LOVE DBZ

Standing for "M" idlife crisis, I guess. Damn, that makes sense though... all these years I never thought about it.

Goku said : "Do you really believe what you've saying ?"

I really never looked at it from vegeta’s perspective before now. I feel for him lol.
I researched her on mixtape platforms no mixtapes of her. what's fascinating about this speech is that it's the reverse of the speech gave to Goku when they first met.
I never thought of it like that
Asmosis Jones what are you even saying?
If you ask me his first speech was true
I mean seriously Goku had a power of 380 something when he was adult

So baby vageta is tripple than adult Goku😂 in strength
Now say who is naturally talented and top class warrior
Obviously vageta
And if you think Goku works hard then vageta works hard too maybe even harder than Goku
He is naturally top class warrior while Goku is a low class who had a power of only 2 at birth and vageta trains even harder than Goku
The only reason Goku is ahead now is plot 😑😑
Otherwise there is now way in reality Goku can be stronger than vageta 😑

The funny thing is that Vegeta has never lost a fight to Goku on his own. Goku would've died to Vegeta in the Saiyan Arc if it wasn't for Krillin, Gohan, and Yajirobe. And here, they were more or less equal without SSJ3 in the equation.
Any loss that Vegeta feels he's suffered to Goku has been from indirect achievements, like him becoming a Super Saiyan first or beating Frieza and the Ginyu Force.
CheesyGranola Except Goku was SSJ2 and Vegeta only gained the strength of a SSJ2 due to the magic, thus Goku was above him.
Gold Roger
There's no real proof of that.

Every one of Vegeta's speeches gives me goosebumps.
ベジータのスピーチはどれも鳥肌が立つ。なんて素晴らしいキャラクターなんだ。マジで。
I feel your pain and suffering Vegeta, trust me I understand
many people can relate to him
Omar 7 yeah.. A lot of people can
Did you want to turn ssj3 but got stuck on ssj2?
@@billie0429 I still stuck on going into ssj1 be tryinf for years...
billie0429 well he has two forms stronger than ssj3 so who cares
When you hit like 35 you too will be thinking like Vegeta. "I want to be the cool independent guy I was before I had these damn wife and kids that made me lame!".
Petty Attatchments!! 😈
Vegetas voice actor is among the greatest all time bro he’s talented af
This speech broke my heart but I low key understand him.
Looking at Vegeta from the beginning of DBZ to now in DBS, he has had a ton of character development!
eligamerman piccolo is better
@@eazylegend9614 All it took for Piccolo to become good was Gohan.
im the perfect warrior , cold and RUTHLESS, I live on my STRENGTH ALONE.. UNINHIBITED BY FOOLISH EMOTION
Okay, who teaches English back in Planet Vegeta? And how good were Vegeta's essays?
Finally someone said it 😅
Vegeta:I awoke 1 day to find that I had settled down, formed a family;I had even grown quite fond of them....
Vegeta really didn't know anything else but his saiyan instincts & mind frame. Love was so foreign to him.
i like the aura around them yellow and static, but looks amazing,in super they over do it with enormous auras😌😌
It's Super Saiyan 2. Super did everything over the top
@@TheSoulreaper6000 Dudes have 4 damn auras
@@jmedrano704 it was wen it was first introduced in movie of resurrection of F,it looks sick af and had a sool static sound tht was unique but now EH!!
Sometimes less is more. Super overdo too much.. Deforming the essence of Dragon Ball
Super is better than dbz
Majin Vegeta is the best character ever created.... Every word... Every line of his is itself a quote... RESPECTTT
Vegeta is freakin' Dragonball. He's lines are so heavy
He is the hype
This man had great moments during the Frieza saga, epic self monologues and speeches during the cell saga & so many legendary speeches during this buu saga..loved the development !!!!
Chris Sabats performance in this scene still gives me chills
Its funny that this moment that Vegeta gave his heart to evil to gain the strength he needed was also the moment where he let his guard down and revealed all the insecurities that has raged inside his head all this time. This was Vegeta at his strongest (in Z anyways) but also at his most vulnerable and thats why these moments make me resonate with the Saiyan prince more than ever before
A tear couldn't help to fall when he was talking about his family.
Factsss bro
He mostly felt that way when Goku died against Cell, like he lost his reason and just settled cause he felt he had nothing left
0:09 Looks like Teen Gohan SSJ
Holy crap it does lol, I agree
Voidronus Well they are father and son after all
@@GTRMclaren722 Piccolo: Am I a joke to you?
vegeta always delivers amazing grammatically correct speeches. its funny how he grew up knowing his culture, his farther and where his people came from, which forces his mentality to have structure. where on the other hand goku is a free spirit. No parents that he knew of until he was an adult. care free only has a few morals to stand by. speeches are broad and to the point. i think we can vompare that to todays society. not saying those without parents can not succeed or have structure however. its benificial whdn one does have those resources.. i LOVE DBZ
yh
one of the greatest scene in anime history. that's why majin-vegeta was one of top favorite character of all time even to this day
Majin Vegeta was one of the coolest moments in Dragon Ball
....Toriyama this scene right here epitomizes how every Marine Grunt feels getting out of the Corps....my older brother and I still feel this way I push myself in MMA in Hockey at work and anywhere but I feel sometimes it just isn't enough....as if the weapon I was once before is long gone as Vegeta says in that life of mediocrity....Toriyama you epitomized every warrior (especially the infantryman) struggle to adapt back into the civilian world....
been there with many things
A couple of years later, after becoming a bit more mature, i really understand Vegeta. And now i just love him even more
As a Teenager I had multiple busineses and a laser ambition, I was out all day while I mowed lawns, and went downtown and sold snapback hats to raise money for my business,...now my life is..comfortable, I have a full time job, that which when I was a child I was disgusted of... I have an apartment and of all things a girlfriend. Maybe I should do what vegita did and free myself of these "petty attachments".
Vegeta training against goku is like a natural bodybuilder competing against a steroid user
It would have been so fucking funny if goku immediately transformed into SSJ3 right after Vegeta finished his speech
