• How To Deal With Anxie...
Noah Elkrief
This video is for people that are really having a hard time dealing with anxiety. It is about how to deal with anxiety, and it meant to give you instant anxiety relief.
In order to get anxiety relief, you first have to understand what is causing your anxiety. It may seem as though anxiety is created by your situation, but if it was, then you would be forced to have anxiety in every moment that your situation was the same. But, that's not the case.
You are only dealing with anxiety in any moment that you are thinking about the future. More specifically, in any moment that you think about the possibility of a "bad" outcome in the future, you feel anxiety. So, how to deal with anxiety? How to get anxiety relief? You have to discover that whatever outcome you thought would be "best" or "bad"... you don't actually know whether it would be, because you don't know the future.
I hope that this video about how to deal with anxiety gives you the anxiety relief you are looking for.

Noah Elkrief Hey Noah, you're videos are really great! I just love them. I'm thinking of setting up a consult with you one of these days to absorb some more of your wisdom. I am wondering if you have a specific video, or will be making a video, on this concept that there is no such thing as "bad" or "good". I do understand the concept of disproving thoughts and recognizing that we don't know outcomes in life (because of uncertainty); however, I get a bit lost when you start to describe the "i don't know scenarios". In some of your videos, you might say something like this: "I don't know if taking me the dream job will make me happy...if I don't take it, I might find the love of my life or meet my best friend instead". But isn't that still saying that we should "let go" or "be with what is" in order to discover something else might be "good"?
Hi Justin, obviously I'm not Noah but I might be able to help clarify? He is using examples of what you might perceive as "good" or "bad" outcomes to help us wrap our heads around the concept of no good or bad. Like the first step, if you will. Ultimately experiences are simply experiences and we're the ones assigning "good" or "bad" labels to them. When he says you get fired from your job which might lead to you finding the girl of your dreams, well what if that later leads to divorce? I think that ultimately the seed of Noah's videos is about how things just "are" and it just takes a little building up to get to that concept. Without good, there is no bad. Without bad, there is no good, therefore they are the same thing and cancel each other out. He also mentions it's ok to experience things as good or bad, it's only when you want to not feel suffering because of it that you can question your thoughts and stop seeing things as a dichotomy.
+Noah Elkrief hi i am afriad to sleep i think samebody want break in mj home and i am afraid of dark bye
+Justin Pritchard I agree, I'm still confused with "bad" and "good" concepts. I think that what he actually means is that no goal can ever lead to happiness, so we should stop believing thoughts like: "it would be best if I got X," since neither "X" nor "not X" will lead to happiness. Thus, we should not seek happiness through goals, but through being present.
The way he phrases it, it seems like he's saying that there might be a goal or complex series of events that could lead to happiness (for example: lose my job -> become a hobo -> fall in love with hobo princess -> happiness), but that we shouldn't trust our minds to find it. If that's what he's saying, then that would be an anxiety provoking reality since we can only hope to find happiness through chance.
***** I go through the same thing. There is time in my life when I am physically fit and anxiety doesn't bother me at all but when sometimes when i get depress, i start to smoke, eat unhealthy and stay at home that triggers anxiety and in worst case scenarios even panic attacts that can turn in to nightmares. I always try to keep a good balance and control in my life and keep myself busy in studying and work to avoid those nast anxiety attacks. I am sure that u too will be able to kick ur anxiety by finding ur special way
I'm so tired of being worried all the time.
same. good way to put it
Marsh Mallow Same
jin6000 Thank you 😊
Marsh Mallow last year I got anxiety the year before I had stage fright and still have th both but it doesn't effect me as much anymore
Marsh Mallow Me too :(
I just want to say to all the people who have social anxiety, I give you a huge hug. Because it's horrible to always hear the 'it's all in your head' or 'just stop being shy' or 'just go out more'.
It truly is like a prison, but I promise you're not alone, you're not 'pathetic' and it's not your fault to be feeling this way.
If you try your best, you'll get better, slowly but surely. /hugs/ ♥
This made me feel happy. I was told by my parents, "it's all in my head", but I know it isn't, they now know too.
Thank you that's really nice to say😀It made me happy like i should be:);)
:)
Thank you.😌
Thanks alot

I am going to watch this video day and night everyday untill my stupid fucking subconcious stops giving me those anxiety feelings.
me too
good luck!
what about the anxiety that just happens and there is literally no reason you just sit there and shake and feel nervous about nothing at all
Yes I feel just like you
Zamiiz I get anxiety of being sick for some reason and I'm hoping for his video helps
Happening right now but since I came from the beach it could be sunburn.
Zamiiz Go see a doctor
@Zamiiz I think I can relate. Sometimes when I wake up, I feel horrible and anxious and it sucks.
After some thinking. I have come to the conclusion that anxiety is not being able to recognize that thoughts are not facts.
I overthink things and get nervous and anxious I'm not sure why but I know I do I am very sensitive and think about this feeling a lot thank you for being a person who sees into other props hearts
+The Perspective Yeah, and the overprocessing stresses me out. So to stop the stress, I stay away from everyone.
does anyone else get scared when people come into the school like a lot of people come to the school and then i just get scared for no apperent reason
jessie rios Yeah man, same here. I freak out when a bunch of people surround me. I have get my things and leave or I'll literally have a heart attack. Only way I make it is by zoning out and ignoring everyone.
I literly get a headache and panic do you?
+jessie rios If I stick around too long, yeah. I become overstimulated trying to predict everyones behavior in my peripheral vision to ensure my well being. Basically everyone is a threat to me and I don't know why. The overprocessing stresses me out, and I end up quietly gathering my things, and leaving (Inside, I can't get away fast enough.) At this point, I am happiest in complete solitude. No stress, and the only stupidity I have to deal with is my own.
i feel like my anxiety is one of a kind and no one else has it
Joey Hatfield same
Joey Hatfield I feel the same way we should talk about it?
Joey Hatfield same here
Joey Hatfield same here but I think everyone's is different
@Joey Hatfield I kinda feel the same way. It sucks.
I have anxiety, thinking about my Anxiety it doesn't make any sense.
Jonny Q Anxiety is literally just emotions that arise from our thoughts. so if you think about your suffering you are going to suffer more, it makes total sense so don't panic
repeat anxitey 10 times with your eyes closed and imagine you can see it in bold letters on a paper.. now in your mind grab the word with anxitey and roll it up and through it away!! Done.
repeat anxitey 10 times with your eyes closed and imagine you can see it in bold letters on a paper.. now in your mind grab the word with anxitey and roll it up and throw it away!! Done.
Same :(
Your voice is calming
***** :)
Terron Miles I agree!! Sometimes I just have it on in the background cause his soothing tones calm me. ♡
Yesss
It's 3am-- I was on the verge of an anxiety attack because I am literally about to get up to go to go on a trip that is supposed to be fun - I can't help but keep thinking of bad scenarios. Somehow watching you was really soothing. It's weird how having someone basically point out your thoughts makes it feel like it's not you that has to deal with a problem solely. A lot of people feel the same way. The solidarity helps somehow. Thank you so much for this video!
Patricia Gonzalez You're welcome Patricia
Patricia, How are you? To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in school, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.
Same, about to go on a trip and can’t stop my fears. People say you can’t control anything around you except your reaction, is this suppose to give me peace? It increases my anxiety even more to know that we can’t control anything around us.
My list of fears is so long: fear of war, car accidents, not seeing my loved ones again, fear of war, fear of losing my temper.
25 mins? But im anxious now!!!
A human being wants to be free.
Words are important to life in general. Blitz and bless baby.
Yeah i agree. It's like we live in a prison, where you want to get free but are afraid to do so... sucks man... There was a time i was taking some meds and i felt great for like 3 months, i regained my confidence and felt awsome. But dont stick to meds guys, it is a hard fight but we will have to do it together ;)
Thank you so much for your posts Noah, I get anxious about getting anxiety... Brain battles, heart pounding
Ayse Kavaz You're welcome Ayse. I will do a video about that soon.
+Ayse Kavaz I thought I was the only one!
yes please
brain battles are the worst. so mentally exhausting.
+Tiffany Reynolds you got that right im still fighting my head
I really needed to hear these words, thank you so much!
Hermetic Kitten ASMR Love Hermetic wisdom, & ur name btw.
The idea of my anxiety going away made me anxious, which then made me brake into tears while laughing...
Ok this video didn't help.... i have anxiety 3. I thought of a fire as the example and couldn't get any positive stuff from that, only getting a new house but i love my house, i've been here 12 years, also because theres lots of pets inside and my fav pillows and blankets.
RubyZoldyck:3 yours nuts.
I always believed that one day I will stumbled across something like this material, and now I have found you, I know that I need it the most as well as other people
A million thanks my friend Noah.
I came across this video as I lay here in bed at night fearing falling asleep because I fear not waking up. Anxiety is a terrifying reality of my life and I have to say I'm so in love with you and your videos. I really want to thank you because while nothing is going to solve my anxiety, it helps me to rationalize it.
Why on earth is this guys voice SO calming
To be honest, it has the exact opposite effect on me. It has something to do with the way he breaths and words come with this half-breath. No offence.
Family Show he is a douche bag.
This is probably the best video I've seen on youtube with regards to attacking anxiety as a whole. Bravo!! Your arguments are logical and your explanations are clear. I've been plagued with the problem of not really being able to decide which outcome may be better for my life or my happiness and eventually constantly over analyzing things. It's such a relief to hear from someone else that it's not only OK but actually more realistic and accurate to simply admit that "I don't know" and that you just have to try things out and live life. Any other preconceived notion of an outcome is a fantasy as you stated. Thanks so much I really hope more people watch this.
Diego Alonso You're welcome Diego! That's it. And also, the emphasis we place on the decision is due to the misunderstand that our happiness is on the line. As in, if we make the right choice, we will be happy, and if we make the wrong choice, we are doomed to unhappiness. However, our happiness is not dependent our circumstances, but only by our relationship to our thoughts.
This has helped me unbelievably, just after suffering an extremely mild anxiety flood I found this video and I feel like it's the first step forward
Everything time I get anxious or depressed I come to his videos they are the best!!❤ God bless you Noah!
I didn't know I was suffering anxiety until my sister saw how I was. I've never experienced this feeling before so I was so scared because I dont know how to deal with this. Thank you so much for this video!
Your voice is definitely calming.
as he has solution to anxiety so he seems to be calm :)
I'm glad my voice helped to calm you :)
does anyone ever feel like they stop breathing when falling asleep or hard to catch your breath when falling asleep
Yep it happened to me its really important not to think aboit that or think about it as littel as possible
It may be sleep apnea
I'm starting to cry..... You sound so comforting to me, I wish you were here with me right now and giving me a hug to comfort me. And telling me I'm going to be okay.
Thanks Noah, this helped me out.
Every time I find a small bump, mole, discoloration, I automatically think I have some sort of cancer or disease and it's been really debilitating. Fortunately, this video helped me relieve some of that anxiety
Maximus Crusade Glad it helped you Maximus!
+Maximus Crusade
i was about to ask noah about the fear of a potential serious illness because in this case you know the outcome will not make you at peace....so how do you deal with it?

All I want in life is just peace. Every day I wake up feeling nauseous and not only that I have to attend school every day. It's just bad news. I just want to feel normal rather than feeling like I'm going to throw up every minute of the day until I get home. It's weird too like I can go out in public and go about my day and I'll be fine but just waking up for school really ticks my body. I have friends too it's messed up. Anyway this video really helped, thank you.
Adam You're welcome Adam. If you want to be free, your mission has to be "I want to discover what I'm afraid of at school". Then question that
I seriously love your videos. I feel so much better when i watch them, it helps with my panic attacks :)
+Adrienne Isabel Glad they have helped Adrienne
+Noah Elkrief
it always does! thank you
Revisiting Noah after 8 years and many roads traveled... He is really one of the best in his field.
I crying right now with tears of joy
YAJAIRA RAMIREZ :) thanks for sharing
years in therapy and nothing..
25min of this video and boom! it opened my mind.
thank you so much.. i feel so much better.
I've spent the last decade of my life bouncing from one job to the next because I eventually end up feeling miserable, worthless and unfulfilled, regardless of what I do or how well I do it. I am 28 years old and I'm all but paralyzed by the fear that there simply isn't any direction I can go in with my life that won't just lead to more misery.
The voice in my head is constantly screaming at me that I'm wasting my life and I have no idea what to do to silence it. I can't sleep, I have panic attacks and I feel like I'm falling apart.
Contact me, I'll share my skype info with you, we can talk about it, I can help you, I have and have had same issues. It would benefit me and possibly you!
***** I'm sorry you've been suffering. Try my how to deal with anxiety at work video. I think it might help
Noah Elkrief I appreciate your concern. I also want to thank you. Your videos have been very helpful and comforting the last few months.
I actually had a breakdown about a week ago. Fortunately, my brother and sister were able to find me a place where I can get the professional help I've needed for a very long time. It's going to be a difficult road but I'm finally moving in the right direction.
Noah's videos really helpful.
First 10 minutes did not feel like it was working but before I knew it holy moly! It not only worked, but also made me feel mentally stronger.
Thank you!!!!

My anxiety sits below the surface but never comes up as a panic attack. It's so frustrating because it feels like it would be gone if it would just come to the surface as a panic attack like nausea
ResemeeC yes omg same
I honestly can't
ResemeeC what a wack job you are.
Thank you
I watched this video once and I have had almost no anxiety today. This is amazing, that never happens. It feels so good to relax.
You save lives, loving your videos.
Thanks Arefeh :)
This is so profound. I never knew someone could explain so throughly the way that I actually feel. Thank you. This has changed everything for me.
od. You I'm helping myself with Weedborn CBD. I think this is the best medicine.
I've been experiencing severe anxiety and insomnia. I listened to this again and it seems to have calmed me. I've asked some pointed questions at other times (still unanswered, I think), but overall, these are good ideas that lessen anxiety.
Thank you so much for this video, i can't express how much comfort this has given me. I was told by a friend to listen to this kind of stuff and decided to do that whilst cleaning, as it hit to 4:00 i just broke down, it honestly just felt like you were speaking out my emotions and my struggles. I don't know if i cried because of being tired or because i related but i think i needed it. Thank you.
Wow You are beautiful
Your anxiety videos definitely help me. No depression but non-stop anxiety that will kill me if I can’t get it under control. So I am very grateful for something that actually is helpful.
Wow!!! This was exactly what I was thinking... I 100% agree. I get..it
For example I quit my job because of my anxiety. I had so called a good job that paid well but I was miserable. I wasn't happy with myself. I totally shut down and felt worthless. Now a year later unemployed no one understands that the job was not the measurement of my happiness.
In fact nothing could motivate me to want to work until I started to feel more happy and hopeful internally. Hardly no one I talk to understands this concept that you are talking about.
Why is this? It's incredibly hard for people to understand this and meanwhile they just look at me crazy or like a loser...
I think maybe one reason why people are not quick to believe this concept of true happiness is that they are hanging on to concept and they fear letting it go... I'm guilty of it too I just have not gotten to that stage to fully let go....I have the awareness though.
Dealing with Anxiety and stress made forget who i am. Thank you for letting my spirit free from these symptoms.
I'm twice your age, but I wish you could have told me this 40 years ago.
Impossible, right? Anyway, I know what you're saying makes sense, because
I followed a similar path. But I didn't get as far as you did. (That's why I
wish I could have received your message all those years ago.) Now that I
know how it works in greater perspective, I'm motivated to continue. Thank
you for all these great videos. I'm so happy I finally got it.
+mars bender You're welcome Mars... good luck with the journey
This was outstanding cognitive introspection. I was so tired of the same advice, sleep more, eat better, exercise more, be more social, all of those advices only added more anxiety. This addresses the psychological root. At the start of the video, my whole body was so tense all my muscles started to burn and atrophy, my heart was pounding, I couldn't breathe and my head was full of air. By the end of the video I was breathing calmly and completely relaxed, my headache went away and the tightness disappeared instantly. Amazing
+SK Productions Glad it helpled
Does anxiety cause numbness, tingling, Spasms, burning on your head? nausea , upset stomach, insomnia, night sweats, high blood pressure? Do you feel light headed and get a sense of something bad is going to happen to you?
Josue Munoz yes! All the time!
Vieira Family thank you good to know I'm not the only one that feels that way! Do you ever feel that way even when you are laying down?
Josue Munoz yes I do.
Josue Munoz It causes all of the above!!
Everything is going to be alright.... you just have to be strong
For smiles, I believe the real release from anxiety here is simply listening to Noah’s voice which is very calming in itself :). On a serious note, though, I really appreciate what you do Noah. I know you have helped so many people. I don’t consider myself an anxious person, but in the last year I’ve lost my mom, my grandmother, major ups and downs with family and friend relationships and this has affected my way of thinking and rethinking of myself. Thank you so much for sharing this love of self and understanding with us all.
Got it right now, this video is a big help. Thank you !
Noah's voice is just very soothing. I listen to him now every time I get an anxiety attack.
Can you make a video on death anxiety and the anxiety related to losing loved ones? Or can you link a writing or an article based on this, I've been suffering from such anxiety lately and the worst part is that it is coming in the way of me doing every work, also in the form of existential crisis, whenever I start doing something, thoughts like "why am I doing this? What'll this do to me, I'm going to die anyway" start hovering over my mind and it makes me really upset. Thank you for this video though, your videos have helped me a lot!
This is something I worry about too, more than anything
Yes, this is my problem. I live in terrible fear of something happening to my children, my spouse, or myself. All I want is all four of us to live to a ripe old age. The odds that any of us dying would lead to an ultimately better outcome than all of us living are so small that it simply is not compelling enough to reduce my anxiety. My children need me. There may be another mother for them out there that would be somehow even better, but 1) I'd be dead and 2) I am a really good mother and my children have been raised carefully by me in a unique way.
I need my children. Yes, if they died, I might...say...adopt a child that I have an even more wonderful relationship with...but, again, the odds of this are infinitesimal. My children are my children and my whole world.
The least anxiety is about my spouse, but, again, the chances I could find someone better for me are infinitesimal; we are an excellent match, very much in love, and have been together for over 20 years.
How am I supposed to live with this fear? It eats me alive sometimes.
Just know that when we die.....all the stress and bullshit in life is over.....Ive lost a few close people in the past 10 years.....and thats what helped a ton..... To know that they were finally free of the invisible shackles put on us.....that they were free.....and instead of thinking "whats the point if we are gonna die anyways"......think of how you can make someones day brighter.....try to help atleast one person everyday..... It will keep your mind busy and give you a rewarding feeling....maybe volunteer at a non profit to help people in need.....hope it gets better....and always remember there are other people feeling and thinking the same way you are..... They just dont want to admit it cause they dont want to be judged.....
I will be putting up a video about it soon
Lipi Katiha mines the exact same anxiety.
Your videos have really helped me with my social anxiety, depression and anxiety. They have caused a change of my mind. Now I feel it is very unlikely for my thoughts to drift in a negative direction like they used to. Thankyou.
You're welcome Seemon. Thanks for sharing
its like a dream for me everyday i dont feel like im in real life, your video helped me but the feeling is still there and i suffer from panic attacks recently
how to get through it?
I feel the same way. And know one understands. It sucks. I have pain in my chest and sometimes I'm scared to even goto sleep. It really sucks
I've been having major anxiety and I've been truly suffering and having panic attacks every day but watching this video has helped me. I just want to say thank you.
You're very welcome Mirna!
Anxiety is just a lifestyle now. I constantly feel like I might pass out or like there’s cotton in my head and I can’t think straight. My muscles are weak and my body shakes constantly, and I always think I can sleep it off, but when I wake up in the mornings it’s still there. I started skipping things I really need to do just because I literally have no energy anymore and I’ve convinced myself I’m dying of some horrible disease and just don’t know it. It’s awful.
Adrielle B You described my condition literally!
@@dr.natasa I have the same thing well have u been an alcoholic or smoker ?!
I will be honest, I only listened to what you were saying for about 5 minutes. But then I just listened to your voice and I was so calmed. Thank you!
haha you're welcome
Very helpful! I love how your videos are logical but also emotionally sensitive. Could you make a video on balancing different aspects of life? And when to notice you're off balance? I think many people would appreciate it!
I feel like sometimes my anxiety helps me to feel more alive. That when I overcome a anxious moment I feel a rush of emotional well-being, that I am being what I should be in that moment. On the whole though anxiety is a nightmare, repetitive circumstances of unfocused fear. Fear of hurting people or animals is what triggers me the worst; or fear of enjoying the suffering of others. This is a great video, thanks Noah.
I usually shake uncontrollably and make myself worse because I'm battling my own thoughts and I try to tell myself to breathe through it. Thank you for these videos without them sometimes I would not be able to calm down. Thank you Noah and everyone out there that supports mental health awareness and all of us battling it!

Anxiety Guy hey Bro ✋ how are you?

+anuradha pandit You're welcome Anuradha
I can’t help being worried. I _cant_ stop my anxiety I was born with anxiety and I think my mum was as well. I always get stressed and worried about stuff and I sometimes get paranoid about stuff and I think that people are watching/stalking me and I always care what people think. I always think something bad is gonna happen that I’m gonna die in some way or that I will lose everything.
JoshyJ 2 years passed and how are you now ?
With a happy happy "peaceful" smile preaching about the practice that DESTROYES PEOPLE'S SOULS AND BRINGS DOWN ITS DEFENSES and makes vulnerable :meditation... finding suffering thought "peace".
yeah I get nausea, lightheaded, rapid heart pounding so hard that it moves my body, short of breath,
went to the E.R they said my blood was good my urine was good and they took x ray of my chest and took pics of 12 different angles of my heart and it was normal they said it can be anxiety
It's anxiety
Yeah, I had a terrible anxiety attack. I went to hospital after feeling extremely light headed and having severe palpatations, I was convinced I was having a heart attack or a stroke. They did a blood test which came back clear. Hooked me up to an ECG for a few hours, my heart rate was pretty high due to the stress of it all. They sent me home chalking it up to anxiety.
This was amazing. Rewired myself.
This wont help everyone but you have to listen to this with intent and passion to move on from your anxiety. I hope everyone that comes here get better. Wish you all well❤️
I am never satisfied with myself. I mean never which contributes to my anxiety. I have all four types of anxiety.
Me too! It sucks!
me too. I have severe anxiety
I recently had a number of problems regarding anxiety caused by the fear of losing something or someone, this really helped me, I won't be able to thank you enough
what about anxiety of losing your health?

I've watched each of your videos countless amount of times, and I'm having a realization now that I've never had in times prior.
I've noticed there are background noises: the chirping birds and the sound of nature. In turn, I realize that the lens in which i view the world is becoming less and less clogged with distracting thoughts. The lens is much clearer now than when i first started viewing your videos. I NEVER would have been in the present moment enough to notice the simple bird noises in the back; I would have been thinking about something else and every now and then my attention would come back to your voice.
Thank you so much, Noah.
What if you have anxiety about feeling sick or bad?
Hi, Noah! Thank you so much for this video! I've been in therapy for 7 years, but this one video of yours changed my whole perspective! I'm very grateful! Kristina
I hate the thoughts that come with anxiety. my mind is telling me I'm going to pass in my sleep, it's scaring me. can any one relate?
Hella. Dora yes
Hella. Dora yes
Think of it as IF I PASS, I PASS. You haven't yet have you? 👍
Great video! It's so simple to realize the truth behind things. This concept can more or less be applied to anything. Find the real reasons why you feel a certain way and realize the outcomes of each situation. Don't let yourself be limited by the fear of the unknown or of what is bad because you don't know. Best advice ever, just simplify and realize situations.
+Caleb Hayward Thanks Caleb
do I hear birds in the background :)?
Cherry Blossom perhaps
You are literally saving my life, from my thoughts of ending it, because of anxiety and fear...

Suffering from some pretty heavy anxiety lately. I would like to thank you sincerely for helping me see a silver lining
My anxiety hit me like a train after my hydrocelectomy surgery. for some reason the changes assosiated with it became too much and i became anxious and severely depressed. Some days are better and others are worse but its been like this for nearly 2 weeks now. This video helped alot. Thanks.
You speak so eloquently and you have a soothing voice. Keep spreading positive messages.
Like 6 months ago I was really skinny then I started going t the gym and I started to like my body and I thought I was looking stronger so I told one of my best friends and I sent a picture of me flexing because I was proud of it. He saved the picture and he keeps deleting it and getting it back. He is posting the photo online and sending it around and everyyime he deletes it off of his phone he gets it back to embarrass me. He is no longer my friend because of this. I have trouble falling asleep at night because of the pain in my chest and stomach and the anxiety that he will send it around and it's going to get out there. (I used to have really bad anxiety when I was skinny but going to the gym and going to the therapist made me get over it but lately it's been coming back) what should I do to get over this anxiety, he says he deleted the photo but he has said this 4 times before so I don't believe him
Hi Noah. I think that you are amazing and I love how you spell things out. You have definitely found your calling and I can guarantee that you are helping a hell of a lot of people, and for that I have a deep respect for you brother. My question is, have you ever considered doing a video on how to relieve or control anxiety when people are trying to make you anxious. I have been doing extensive research on the subject and could give you some first hand tips. Think about it. Believe me when I tell you that you would be beyond peace and happiness. Regardless, I think you are an incredible human being, and as we now know, that is only my unreal opinion. Thanks again.
Amazing video !
Can you please talk about social anxiety ? it's making my life a living hell.

Glad you enjoyed the video Yorke. I will be making a few videos about social anxiety in a few weeks.
I have been down the rabbit hole for the past month and was looking for something to at least give me a hope to grasp on. It was this video. I gotbetrayed by my closest friend of 2 years and practically violated our trust and now leads to me not being able to function in our friend group. This is the first video I found when I searched around for anxiety videos on CZcams. Easily subbed and thank you Noah. Definitely was a new outlook.
Jacob Becker Glad it helped Jacob

Looking forward to watching these videos. Anxiety and depression is crippling me. 33 yrs old. Everyday drinker for 13 years. Today is 100 days sober. Not sure if the drinking caused it, or the anxiety and depression caused my drinking. But I still suffer.
Your a blessing to humanity.
