I have motion sickness too and I use Meclizine. You can get it anywhere and it’s non drowsy. Also kicks in within like 10 minutes!!

In case you are looking for other motion sickness options, I always take Bonine Motion Sickness tablets when I fly or on a boat and they are awesome. I never get nauseous or drowsy. Love your videos!!
Try the non drowsy dramimine with ginseng
Rachael try Bonine instead of Dramamine. It makes you less sleepy, I like it better. Walgreens has their version of it. Just check the active ingredients to get the same as Bonine and not Dramamine. Hope that helps.

You are probably already back from Mammoth BUT if you have a chance to go up to Twin Lakes near Tamrack lodge, there is a forest chapel there. Beautiful for you and girlfriend to visit and hike around. mammoth brewery good vegan options and great beer. Drink water, high elevations.

Get sea band bracelets u wear them on ur wrists and it’s acupressure that helps with motion sicknesses and sea sickness

Hi Rachel! I get sea-sick too and the patches that you put behind your ear (I think you need a prescription) don't make you drowsy. Although, it did stop me from getting any kind of drunk or tipsy...
