I kinda like that Betty normalized older ladies being sexual, flagrant, potty mouthed etc. It's like she's melded all the Golden Girls into one real person that not only was savvy enough to make it work for her career in later years but challenged our perceptions of older women becoming wallflowers and "elderly" because she wasn't just a character like Blanche or Sophia or Dorothy, she was a real person. If there was a shirt that said: 90 is the new 40, Betty White's face would be on it. Betty White = life goals for women.
