I honestly think British crowds in tennis are some of the nicer ones, yes they cheer really loudly for their players which you might find annoying or pretentious but at least they don't boo or jeer often (if hardly at all) when the players are serving, I remember certain French crowds, Australian crowds (especially when kyriogs or kokkinakis) and even Italian crowds boo and jeer in between serves. Not all and not all the time but more often that Brit crowds
Lulu seems lovely. She played an excellent match. Her all-court play is really refreshing with those beautiful volleys backing up great ground strokes. Who knows? She might go all the way and do what Emma did in the U.S. She was SO mentally strong yesterday. I really hope she can maintain that. Finally, Emma can leave Wimbledon '24 with her head held high.
