It was a great answer. Not what came to mind.
I was always amazed by this whole bit, how the "improv" worked out perfectly in the end. This was a great audience, too.
Seeing all the acts of Jimmy I am more than confident he could turn any complete bullsh1t into an amazing playbit. He was definitely expecting some of the suggestions like Henry VIII but he is at his peak when it comes to audience introduction.
He has that with 3 different endings depending on the audience

Jimmy is an excellent shock comic in my mind. Although he appears to not be afraid of even the most sensitive thought, what he really is after is the understanding of the audience.

This was really funny
Mother Teresa was actually a monster. She believed that suffering was holy, and denied pain medication for the people in her little death camps. Making us look at her face was just her way of ensuring even the healthy suffered a little bit.
