- This is the first time Sanngriðr Hellish has been completed, winning the competition hosted by the BPM: Bullets Per Minute devs. - / 1357821884205785088
Achieved February 5th at 21:59 UK time
Today the new update released, where they hosted a competition to see who'd be the first to complete the game with Sanngridr, the hardest character in the game on Hellish, the new hardest difficulty. After 5 hours of suffering I managed to get that title!
Now I can enjoy my name immortalised on an Steam achievement forever. Thank you for this fun challenge and opportunity!

It happened on one of the previous attempts, had the Alien Blaster and died to the final boss.

@@Graslu00 a few days later I've completed Hellish with Rùn, and got a few solid times on hard with other characters. I choked a ~4 mins run with Rùn on hard because I didn't know about Jotunn Guards and their feet yet lol.

@@Veence1987 I just saw, good progress! Just keep in mind if you plan on speedrunning this game, the portal / warp rooms are going to be banned for Any% almost certainly. The other day I got a run with Rùn (lol) and finished at 7 minutes with the Golden Gun. I'll upload it once the leaderboards open again.

Fantastic run. Any tips for playing this valkyrie? I barely managed odr on my 60+ try ,got lucky with getting a veil spell, but here you don't get any abilities whatsoever
You can get spells from the libraries, but most of the time I'd prefer to use the key on something else. As I did on this video, you really want that second chance shield, I'd get it over double damage for sure most of the time unless you can be sure that you have a gun that clears up rooms quickly and also kills bosses fast. Get rid of the flies / projectile enemies first when you enter and keep circling around the room - and if you get flight, take it. Basically bootleg Odr but works great as you can see, so you can focus on projectiles and then clean up the rest of the room.
Lately I've been going into the Crypts as her too because you can get out of there with max stats, an special item, and maybe a good weapon. You also skip Ymir / Asgard II which is good.
But in the end it's also mostly luck and patience, and don't try to rush it!
Graslu when the AOE damaging bubbles stop moving you can move through them without taking damage
Yeah I know, but with the Gauss Cannon which has pretty much unlimited range and flight, I find it better to just focus on the other projectiles. Specially since I already got hit once.

So inspiring to see your gameplay. Have a question. I'm trying to learn mouse/keyboard, and I see your sensitivity is 0.6 but on what DPI? Do you use a giant mousepad?
Thanks! My DPI is 400. I use a qck+ which is 45x40 - for a 360 I have to move my arm almost 1 whole meter, and for the 180 sweep across the pad itself.

Well mainly because you die in one hit here and I was trying to be the first to get the achievement lol
@@Graslu00 yeah, your case is justified. It's just that almost every time I see that thing happening, even with ppl having like 300 hp total

At 13:00 you can see them, I use defaults pretty much except for sensitivity. I change one there to make sure I don't mistakenly press it as it'd have killed me.

What maker Sanngriðr harder than ODR?
She has no mobility and no special abilities after completing Hard / Hellish. I was lucky enough to find the Take Flight gloves to make an almost exact clone of Odr without teleport or discounts. Also starts with the pistol instead of the shotgun which is way worse too.
You also have to clear all rooms before you can fight the boss, so you can't just rush bosses.
@@Graslu00 so even after you beat hard, she doesn't get any ultimates or secondary spells. That is crazy. Also I can see how the requirement to clear all rooms plus so flight is a pain. Anyways, congrats to you for managing to complete this task, I can't even beat odr on easy after a 40 loss streak.
