Belgrade is a fresh band from Barcelona (Spain) playing post-punk, which is inspired by such bands as Xmal Deutchland, Siouxie and the Banshees, Killing Joke, Paralisis Pernamente or even (sic!) Ax from the period of "New Alexandria". An additional surprise can also be excellent lyrics sung in Polish, which is sings the native Polish woman, Patrycja.

They probably put their music video on vhs tape and then digitalized it again (judging by the head switching noise on the very bottom of the video that distorts it somewhat)
Could be, but you can also make such effects using digital processing. The problem is that most people do it wrong, so it doesn't look as real as here.

I am from Serbia. Belgrade is the capital city of Serbia. I know that it is not the only city in the world that is called that. That's the first thing that confuses me.
The second thing I noticed right away was the sound. This band was definitely modeled after the German band X-Mal Deutschland. They even visually resemble a singer.
I like the way they sound.
This is so good. Very 80s in its sound. Proof that great post-punk is still being made.

I'm a bit slow finding this band, but better late than never! Love their sound and musicianship - reminds me of Xmal Deutschland who I saw live many times in London in the 1980s and were very exciting.

It was this kind of energy and excitement that kept us oldies through the sh*t that was the early 80s! Brilliant to hear it now we're having to cope with the existential disaster zone that is the 2020s (sometimes I wonder why I bothered surviving the last 40s years...) Band is excellent.

En realidad 3 de los miembros son de Venezuela, la vocalista es de Polonia. Los Venezolanos son de una banda llamada Los Dolares, si te interesa escucharlos, su mejor disco es Las venas abiertas de América Latina. Saludos.

I like this band a lot. I've seen interviews and it seems like their native language is Spanish. This song is in Polish, cool trick. Great sound for a new band. I would learn Spanish just because they're so good.
She is actually Polish, but the other members speak Spanish.
The band was formed in Barcelona, Spain. The singer is polish, the rest are two venezuelans and one catalan :)
