The synth lines in this and alot of their other tracks are truely beautiful, melodic addictive harmonious ear smack.
fucking A. Very good description, its addictive. I've heard a lot of other coldwave/darkwave from 80s to now. These guys are the one of the seminal new generation of coldwave/minimal synth that should never be over looked. Giants of the genre, humble as they might seem.

@@m0rgenthau dark wave is guitars and synths, where as coldwave is used for the french post punk scene which had the purely synth sounds as well ones mixed with guitar.
Never fully ventured into dark synth and I'm thrilled to be introduced to such great music 🤘

What I find interesting is that Boy Harsher takes very cliche, corny synth sounds (shakihachi flute here, orchestral stab elsewhere) and lean so hard into them they feel both dangerous and fresh again.
