I am fan of Vanilla Fudge, and despite I am an old metalhead stuck in the late 60s to middle of the 80s, I enjoy old bands from a great past, and Vanilla Fudge is one of them, along with Iron Butterfly, Camel, Yes, High Tide, Jethro Tull, ELP, Genesis, Pink Floyd.
I do wish I could have seen this in person. Vanilla Fudge put the DELIC In Psychedelic! I want them to go back in the studio. Dear Vanilla Fudge; You guys are AWESOME ( ALTHOUGH their sound CANNOT be replicated in an outdoor venue like this) *Introduce newer generations to some old-school sounds*
Not one of their better shows, but they still kick ass after all these years. Recall hearing this for the first time in 9th grade on a NYC radio station. At that point a local band picked it up as a cover song and it's been stuck in my mind ever since.
West Jefferson, NC back in August 2019. It was a festival with many classic groups. Doesn’t look like Mark is thrilled with the venue....I saw them 3 months later in Old Saybrook, CT.....they were fired up and rocking the concert hall.
Did you notice those two guys, one young guy with long hair and the other one, an older guy, standing behind Mark Stein, and carrying on what looked like to be a very bored looking conversation while Vanilla Fudge was playing their great song near the end of the concert? What’s with them? They ought to wake-up and enjoy this great band!
Must have been during covid. Probably one of their first concerts after covid started. Listen to 'Stop In The Name Of Love' they did in 2019 right before covid. It's incredible. They got Tim Bogert on that track.....he was sick and it was his last time on bass.
@@molliestanton2869 I'm talking about the scream on THE RECORD....the first Vanilla Fudge ALBUM> and duplicated in this concert at about 20:22. I think Pete Bremy indicated it must have been him. Good job Pete!
Terrible Camera Man ! There is a whole band , not just the Organ Player ! Missed a lot of Drums and Guitar ! Many important parts of the Keep Me Hànging On song !
They are NOT bored! There are problems with acoustics. At one point Mark was shaking his head over the keyboards. They might have been playing a love concert impromptu for their entourage-- obviously what we're seeing is not a regular concert.
Great Band...

Amen
Colosseum...?
@@hoksane

Rest in peace, Tim Bogert!

Mark Stein’s voice is still freakin amazing! Vince too!
GREAT BAND!

I can't imagine Mark working any harder
Microphone quality?

Love it!
Outstanding!!!! but wheres all the people?
The microphones were weak at the beginning of " I'm a Believer"- but I love the rock they brought to it!
Vanilla Fudge playing to two people in a sandbox?
Who was running sound? does he know where the guitar fader is? Never did a vocal mike check to see if they were going through the mains.
Gary Wright "The Dream Weaver" liked this band. He said it's 'koz of Mark Stein's keyboards. Hi Tim, Mark, Carmine and Vinny.
Tim RIP
His keyboards are awesome! I love what they did with " Break on Through!"
Where was this ?
And were there only a few people in the audience ?
😪
This is Great !!
Who cares if theres no audience?. The audience is the internet.
@@ufafgd because it's rock n roll !
Sounds great. Looks like the cameraman went to sleep on the third song.
Camera man vaped for first time here.. . . .,........

Who sang the scream big part of People Get Ready? Seems like those vocal cords would be gone by now!
Tim Bogert, original bass player. Died recently.
RIP
🤚
No one was screaming the song.

How many inane introductions did they have to endure in 50 years?
The sound guy on this could not mix mashed potatoes.
You are not kidding! Whew... what a shit job on sound!
Where is the camera man??????
Lost in space....hehe
Confess inspiration of Deep Purple.
These dudes were earlier.

Sehr schlechte Bildregie!
Obwohl sogar Kamera-Kräne verfügbar waren.
Schlimm, das!
The Fudge rule.
Shame about the venue.
Loved them in the old days... but sorry, here they look board and just a shadow of the old band just going thru the motions.
And you can't even spell! Don't talk about my guys! Dig it. G. Ryan.
Hey, their older okay? Not 25.

Gary apparently needs spell-check.
Sound terrible I remember them back in the sixty's they didn't sound like that act like there stoned or something
Getting so old they should be Melted Fudge.
Still rockin'
