It’s sad how people still think he wash shot and died. What really happened was when he was transported to the hospital. The government came and told people to leave the room so the could “talk to him” but they actually suffocated him with a pillow case. His wife even went to court and sewed the because of that and she won the case. Not many people really know that.

I went to Memphis two years ago and visited the civil rights museum and Lorraine motel and I’m telling you I almost cried by the time i was gone.
Two years ago I took my family to the civil rights museum and it was so emotional for me I had to leave. There was also a white gentleman in the same area had also been touched by the visual display and sounds. What so strange about it, we did not even know each other, but we ended up embracing one another before our children, that moment for me was priceless. I learned that day that people are human beings no matter what race they are from, and if we can just all put our differences a side for a moment and see one another as the creator intended for it to be, this would not only be a beautiful world but a Wonderful one, as the famous (Louis Armstrong) once song about.
