- If you are new to strength training or just getting back into it, this is a great workout to start with! In this 30-minute full-body strength workout, we will start with a warm-up and then work through 3, no repeat circuits consisting of several compound and isolation exercises. I will provide verbal cues throughout to help you focus on proper form and that mind-muscle connection to ensure you get the most out of your training! During our workout, you can also omit the weights if needed or take longer rests. This workout will not only build a strong body but also the confidence you need to begin your strength training journey!

I did this twice today, on my 35th birthday after two weeks off of lifting weights. and I lift heavier than before! I guess being away because of some illness do something for my strength.

Me too here! I actually picked a harder workout today to begin with but found out that my mind was not ready. It was then a choice between quitting or aiming for easier goal and I am glad I hit start on this one. Feel great to accomplish something without overwhelming myself ❤

Kaleigh!!! I loved that workout!! I am an advanced exerciser and fitness trainer. I loved the pace of that workout. I am always looking to build muscle and obviously to do that you need the heaviest weights and less reps and longer breaks. I would LOVE to see more of this style for advanced exercisers. This is such a great workout, no matter your level. I am not a beginner but in the midst of having COVID (thankfully relatively mild) and needed some movement so I was grateful for this format with the longer rest periods. Used about 50% of my max but could see coming back and going heavy and still appreciating the rests. Kaleigh’s coaching was perfect for newbies and experienced lifters who need refreshing on form etc.
I've been doing strength training for years, but I appreciated having a lower-energy and lower-intensity workout for a day when I needed a little break. :)
