30-minute NO REPEAT Strength Training for Beginners [One set of Dumbbells]

  • If you are new to strength training or just getting back into it, this is a great workout to start with! In this 30-minute full-body strength workout, we will start with a warm-up and then work through 3, no repeat circuits consisting of several compound and isolation exercises. I will provide verbal cues throughout to help you focus on proper form and that mind-muscle connection to ensure you get the most out of your training! During our workout, you can also omit the weights if needed or take longer rests. This workout will not only build a strong body but also the confidence you need to begin your strength training journey!
    30-MINUTE Full Body WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
    EQUIPMENT NEEDED
    - ONE PAIR OF DUMBBELLS - THE WEIGHT USED WILL BE RELATIVE TO YOU! SELECT A LIGHT TO MODERATE WEIGHT TO BEGIN WITH AND THEN INCREASE AS YOU WORK THROUGH NEW STRENGTH WORKOUTS

    I did this twice today, on my 35th birthday after two weeks off of lifting weights. and I lift heavier than before! I guess being away because of some illness do something for my strength.
    will be doing this again on wednesday and maybe friday then moving on to the other no repeat workout. thank you, Kaleigh 💜

      Me too here! I actually picked a harder workout today to begin with but found out that my mind was not ready. It was then a choice between quitting or aiming for easier goal and I am glad I hit start on this one. Feel great to accomplish something without overwhelming myself ❤

    Kaleigh!!! I loved that workout!! I am an advanced exerciser and fitness trainer. I loved the pace of that workout. I am always looking to build muscle and obviously to do that you need the heaviest weights and less reps and longer breaks. I would LOVE to see more of this style for advanced exercisers. You are an EXCELLENT instructor!! Great workouts and perfect personality. You are always so kind and encouraging. Thank you for all of your hard work. You are amazing. ❤💪🏻

    This is such a great workout, no matter your level. I am not a beginner but in the midst of having COVID (thankfully relatively mild) and needed some movement so I was grateful for this format with the longer rest periods. Used about 50% of my max but could see coming back and going heavy and still appreciating the rests. Kaleigh’s coaching was perfect for newbies and experienced lifters who need refreshing on form etc.

    After 2 days of more carbs and sugar, I'm sluggish and this was just right. I did few more reps while you talked but just enough to have me not skip a day and I felt strong and less tired when finished.

    This was awesome! It is so important to go back to basics and focus on form, breathing, and quality! I find I get "sloppy" sometimes and don't pay attention to these fundamentals. I loved how you used one set of dumbbells and simple techniques. It shows that you don't need much to get started! If you are new here, please stick around!     I was a total beginner with very low strength but i have been doing this for 2.5 months and it has really helped. But i do want to do proceed with a strength workout a little more tougher than this. Can you suggest one of your videos or would u rather suggest that i up my weights?

    Hello! I am a total beginner. I've just done this set 3 times in 3 days and wanted to know what is the next step you recommand (as there is only 1 video for begginers). My goals are to build strengh and muscle through all my body as I'm reaching menoposis. I'm used to do korean workouts to lose fat.
