20 minute Upper Body Strength Training with Dumbbells

The focus today is upper body definition and strength!! We are working through 8 exercises and 3 finishers to target the biceps, triceps, chest, back, and shoulders! The structure for this strength training workout is solid, just like our upper body is going to be with 20 minutes of push and focus!
The 8 exercises to begin will be where the muscular strength and definition happen! The finisher set will be muscular endurance and definition! The finisher sets will allow us loads of volume in a short amount of time to really put the seal on this strength session!
20-MINUTE UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISEs
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5kg to 9kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy! When we reach the finisher rounds we will decrease the weight to light to moderate.
- EXERCISE MAT
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
WRIST WEIGHTS
*I WILL BE USING MY EXERCISE BENCH FOR SOME OF THE EXERCISES, BUT A MODIFICATION WILL BE ON SCREEN FOR THE FLOOR OPTION!

8 EXERCISES REPEATED TWICE
WORK: 40 SECONDS
REST: 15 SECONDS
FINISHERS ROUND
3 EXERCISES
WORK: 60 SECONDS

Goody gumdrops, we used the bench again. I loved it! I also love the Arnold Press. Great for arm definition. Loved the pushups. I can get to my calendar now. My granddaughter figured it out. She said, grandma, you have to sign in first, haha. What would i do without her. At 7, she is my computer tech, lol❤❤
Amazing arm workout! Especially since I was sore from yesterday's full body! I still added the ab finisher for the cherry on top. ❤
